“Excellent food, oversized sandwiches, great service”

“This is one of my favorite places to stop and get a bite to eat. They have great rice bowls with very generous portions of protein. You also get a pita on the side with a cup of hummus. There are toppings for the hummus as well, including my favorite, olive spread. The service is warm and friendly and the staff are great. They also have great muffins and protein packs. To the side there are some interesting energy drinks but I have not tried those. Overall, I really like their food and the price is good for what you get. I highly recommend them!!!”

“Bought a turkey club hero and was surprised at how big the sandwich was for the price. $12 and i almost had to unhinge my jaw to fit it. Service was prompt not only for me but every who came thru the door. No one waited to be served. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Plenty to chose from on their hot buffet .. and fresh too. Good spot.”

“My boyfriend and I have been frequenting Karver's Grille for the past few years. We have been fortunate enough to get to know two particular servers, Brandon and Alex. They both go out of their way to make sure our dining experience is excellent. From keeping up with my boyfriend's diet coke habit to giving us bread without asking with our french onion soup. These days, it's hard to find a restaurant where servers take the time to get know regulars. We truly appreciate them always providing amazing service.”

“Monarca is just something special. Chef Jorge and his wife Martha have created the best little neighborhood spot. The food is absolutely amazing… truly the best home cooked food made with so much love, passion and skill. You can taste it in every bite.
And then there’s the people ❤ Lauren is the most amazing bartender, of course her brother Sean, Serafina (my gypsy ❤), Heather, Cynthia, Sam and all the best of the best. They all just make your day or night better. You walk in and you feel like you’re hanging out with friends.
That’s what I love about Monarca. It’s not just the food, it’s the people and the feeling you get when you’re there. It can be your everyday spot, date night, a drink at the bar, dinner with friends or just somewhere you go because you know you’re going to have a good time.
We are so lucky to have this place in the neighborhood. Jorge and Martha, you guys really created something special. ❤

“This place is where it’s at!!!!!!! The employees were really awesome, and remember my drink and had another ready for me before I could ask! The food is great and perfect menu for a good snack or a munchie when out at a place like this! It hit the spot! Manjaaaaa! The patio is great to hang outside and the place was clean too! I recommend this place to anyone and if you’re looking for a great happy hour spot or even to have an event deff hit this place up. I was there about a week ago and my friend talked me into going and I’m so happy did as I was not in the mood. Well we got there, instantly my mood went from soso to yoyoooooooo!!!!! Also there was a woman there who I can’t remember her name but she was deff a staple and possibly an owner not sure but she lit the room up and her energy was contagiously amazing! Whoever she was she needs a raise and to be recognized as an asset to this joint! 5 start and overall a good pace for events too! “Great quick service spot for full meal options with a very good price range. They have pick up and delivery only but food was fresh and warm, the Philly bread was soft with perfectly cooked steaks. The pita roll with chicken and lamb was probably my favorite”

“My three friends and I had dinner at Mama Lombardi’s yesterday -Saturday 6/13/6(. Our meals were delicious. We all loved what we ordered. Our waiter William who is ElSalvadorian and Italian was excellent. He speaks Spanish Italian and English and it was a pleasure to speak with him. We would recommend this restaurant. It has delicious food large portions and excellent service.”

“Plenty of rice and gyro options!! The fries are the best I’ve had in a while, they are so delicious, we got a bunch of platters and the kofta chicken and normal chicken you can’t miss out on. This place definitely holds up the halal cart feel but with a great seating atmosphere to enjoy with larger groups”

“I’m so glad Cactus Cafe opened! We’ve been three or four times already—eating there, picking up takeout, and ordering through DoorDash—and every time the food has been fresh and delicious.

We’ve been trying something different on each visit. The wings with Cactus marinade were awesome, the corn & chicken chowder was great, and I’m a huge fan of their enchiladas. I think we’ve tried all of them by now! On Mondays, they have a great deal: two enchilada orders for $13. They seem to have different specials every day of the week, plus a late-night burrito special. We’ve also tried a variety of tacos, and every one has been excellent. The portions are generous across the board.

It’s very clean and cute inside, and the staff is so friendly and helpful every time we go. It’s a great location where you can sit and eat, though it’s mainly set up for takeout. They serve beer and margaritas, too. I’d love to see it become a full-service sit-down restaurant with a bar one day!

I only took a few pictures on our last visit, but I’ll make sure to take more next time. I promise, everything we’ve tried has been amazing! We’re excited to keep working our way through the menu, and I truly hope they do well here.”
