“My three friends and I had dinner at Mama Lombardi’s yesterday -Saturday 6/13/6(. Our meals were delicious. We all loved what we ordered. Our waiter William who is ElSalvadorian and Italian was excellent. He speaks Spanish Italian and English and it was a pleasure to speak with him. We would recommend this restaurant. It has delicious food large portions and excellent service.“

“I can not believe that this restaurant has been here on Main Street in Port Jefferson Village for over 20 years and I never ate there!!! This is my new Favorite place to eat. The food was exceptional and good size portions. The pita bread they put out on the table was so delicious I could have made that my meal. The service was extremely attentive and so personable. “Just visited Osteria Umbra yesterday evening for the 2nd time. This place has quickly become my favorite Italian restaurant on Long Island. The quality of the food is extraordinary, and the service/wait staff is second-to-none. Both times I visited, everyone in my group had a truly exceptional evening. From the moment you walk in the front door through the completion of dessert, this place provides first class service. The Black Truffle Taglierini in the Parmesan cheese wheel is a must try and delightful experience. The Australian Wagyu Tomahawk was absolutely delicious and well worth the order. The Italian Cheesecake is homemade, and is the best I have ever had. If you have the opportunity, make a visit and give this place a try. You won't regret it!“

“I took my wife here for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent as always and the service always top notch. We have gone here several times and look forward to coming back so we can explore the entire menu. “Visited this restaurant after show at Bellport Playhouse. Very nice inside and the service was amazing. My husband enjoyed his Filet Mignon, he loved it! My meal on the other hand, chicken della casa was not good at all. The chicken was so bland I couldn't eat it. I should have sent back but didn't by that point I lost my appetite. I did order the dessert tiramisu which was really good. I would go back but next time I would try another dish.“

Any meal I had there was excellent. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is family oriented. So it is like having a hug with dinner. I like that appetizers, soup, salad, main meal are brought out in steps. That way you can enjoy the courses. This has been my favorite spot to eat since last summer. Had taken my family members there. Me and one of my good friends go there all the time. My first time there, they made me mocktails that I requested. They were great.

“What a wonderful find in Smithtown. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The seafood pasta was loaded with fresh mussels, shrimp, and calamari, while the baked stuffed mushrooms were rich and savory.

Everything was presented beautifully. I particularly loved the vibrant touch of fresh herbs sprinkled over all the plates. It made the entire meal feel that much more special.

We topped off our evening with a refreshing, perfectly chilled cocktail garnished with a lime slice. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was just as great as the food. I will definitely be back.“

“We catered for 100 people from Branchanelli’s earlier this month. All of the food was delicious. It was fresh and hot when we picked it up. The tray of calamari was crispy and you can tell it was just cooked. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed their dinner.“

We started off with the stuffed mushrooms, which were so freaking good. For main course my husband got the Chicken & Sausage Scarpiello, and I had the Veal Scallopini - both were delicious. We finished off sharing the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake. This exceeded my expectations. Everything was so good that my husband wants to go back tomorrow!“

“Wow! We were visiting from the city, and our first visit was fantastic! We sat at the bar and ordered the shrimp tagliatelle, which was absolutely delicious, and the margaritas were just as good (wish they were on HH 😌).

A special thank you to the chef for thoughtfully splitting the pasta for my partner and me—it was a nice touch. Taylor and Joe took wonderful care of us and made the experience even better.

We also loved that the restaurant is family-owned and genuinely seems to care about its staff. You can really feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking forward to our next visit.“

“We go to the Bistro all the time. We recently had my husband’s retirement party there for 70 people- open bar, catered food, and hired DNA band. Chris, the manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was perfect. Chrissy the bartender is the BEST! The food is amazing! Their ‘Chicken pink’ is a favorite, and everyone raves about the food! It is a nice atmosphere- if you just want to sit at the bar and order off the bar menu, and watch the game on the huge tv, or sit and listen to the entertainment, or have a nice family dinner… I definitely recommend!“

From their pizza to pasta, to rolls and salads.. even their garlic bread. The hospitality they all provided, especially Benny, was enough to make you remember them forever.. then you add on their food? Forget it. Nothing holds a candle to this place and the family.
