Attended a Baby shower here, first the parking lot is too small, I had to drive around for 10 min to find a spot. Once inside the restaurant is beautifully decorated, the staff is so wonderful! The food was good, not great, my first bite of baked clams was fishy, the meatballs were dense but good. The bruschetta was fresh and tasty. La Famiglia is my go-to spot for Italian comfort food in Smithtown! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a family dinner or date night. From the classic spaghetti and meatballs to the seafood risotto, every dish is made with love and care.

This place has some of the best Italian food on LI. The portions can be big since it’s a family style/sharing restaurant. Take away or dine in, the food is always amazing and I can’t recommend this place enough. My favorite is the chicken parm. The staff is also really friendly and the service was great.
