From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality and professionalism from the entire staff was outstanding. The servers, managers, bus staff, and every team member we encountered were exceptionally attentive, courteous, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
Their dedication to customer service created a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the evening.

One of the first things that stood out was how immaculate the restaurant was. Every area was spotless, beautifully organized, and maintained with remarkable attention to detail. Everything in my order was excellent - spring rolls, curry puff (a samosa-esque appetizer I was particularly fond of), and pad thai. They serve a variety of bubble tea as well, and the menu has a nice overall variety. I'll be back for sure; try them out!“

I go here for birthdays celebrations to brunches as often as I can. Try their Malbec and flourless chocolate cake which is naturally gluten-free—in fact, their brunches have almost all gluten-free options. The coffee is smooth and just wonderful. The outdoor dining experience is as if you are at a party in Europe. They already see me often for 10 years—I love food and this gets my repeat business. Try it at least! “Wonderful experience dining at the new Arlo restaurant. The renovation is absolutely incredible. You want to walk around just to admire how beautiful it all looks. The food and service was next level - reminding us of what you’d experience in NYC. Warm and welcoming with an incredible, creative menu designed to please every palate and the most delicious, generous meals! We enjoyed the lobster bisque (loaded with huge chunks of lobster), grilled Asian style cauliflower with a savory dipping sauce (omg delicious), mozzarella and tomato panini with the largest, most delicious fresh mozzarella slices and tasty balsamic/ greenery, and the fish and chips and fries which were so tasty and generous we will enjoy them for days. “I had to log into my other email just to give one more review. I came in today and I asked for a vodka sauce sandwich. After talking for a little bit with diffrent options he made me this insane sandwich. I walked home like I usually do and boy do I tell you. This was insane. The first bite felt like heaven, the second bite was some how even better. This is the perfect sandwich and I migh have to take a nap it is so good. This is the place to go, I have never been to a place I have to constantly revist just because of how good it is. Never disapoints. I am dissapointed in the community for never having this place packed. This place deserves everything and more. Love this location!!!
