“I have been going to the Bay Shore, NY location for at least 6 months now and can't recommend it enough. I went with several of my co workers a few nights ago and DEO was awesome to have as a waiter. He was funny and super helpful.”

“Just visited Osteria Umbra yesterday evening for the 2nd time. This place has quickly become my favorite Italian restaurant on Long Island. The quality of the food is extraordinary, and the service/wait staff is second-to-none. Both times I visited, everyone in my group had a truly exceptional evening. From the moment you walk in the front door through the completion of dessert, this place provides first class service. The Black Truffle Taglierini in the Parmesan cheese wheel is a must try and delightful experience. The Australian Wagyu Tomahawk was absolutely delicious and well worth the order. The Italian Cheesecake is homemade, and is the best I have ever had. If you have the opportunity, make a visit and give this place a try. You won't regret it!”

I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel. She said for this particular pretzel why not everyone take a little piece so it’s like she’s there celebrating with you. That worker without knowing how much I’ve been hurting made me smile and feel a little lighter. thank you for making a hard time in someones life just a little better by your words and actions great establishment besides food”

“Last Wednesday I was at Davis vision works and we walk to the restaurant for lunch whem we get the we were standing up for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to give us a table. finally whem someone come to us and without asking if we need a table rigth away he say is was 15 mint wait, me while the restaurant wasn't even packed it was a lot of table empty and even like that he was going to make us to wait more. really bad service and rude attention. we have money to pay it wasn't like we were asking for a free table. people are really racist at this place. I don't recommend”

Mexican music plays on the outdoor speaker system. Our table was visited by a mariachi suited mature guitarist that mesmerized my 22-month old grandson! The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered classics like beef broccoli, general tsos, veg dumplings, wonton soup and chicken wings. Wow!! I agree with the other reviews, you can taste the love they put it into the food. Vivian, the young lady at the counter was so warm and friendly. Well I brought her the Eggroll and she couldn't say enough about it, along with the fact that she devoured it and said it was delicious!
