“This place never disappoints. Last night I sat and had a table filled with dishes that were so delicious. Spare ribs were falling off the bone and seasoned to perfection. Steve makes the finest dishes packed with savory goodness. Love the bread and toppings. Their Pesto pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage is amazing and one of my favorites. Quaint place with wonderful service too. I recommend trying each dish ❤️?”

“Went on a busy Saturday night, it was very hectic in there, but not like in an NYC type of way. Everything was honestly organized, and people were getting their food and drinks in a timely manner. Wasn’t a fan of the “Figgy Smalls”, tasted like medicine, but the Dark Cherry Bourbon Sour was amazing. The Grouper was amazing sitting on top of the risotto, perfect for a fall evening. We will definitely be coming back!”

“When I got to the place, there was enough parking space. Once I got inside, the atmosphere was different than any other placements. The counter person was ready to write down my order. There was a lot of food selection to choose from. Different types of tacos, burritos, tortas, etc. Great drinks like sprite, juices, water but there were also natural drinks like horchata, melon, etc. Once your food was ready, they would call your name and you can choose your sauces and toppings at the little station they had. This place is a great spot to hang out or to pass time with friends and family. Although the place was hot, it doesn't matter because the day was already hot and obviously people were working in the kitchen meaning it was going to get hot. All in all, the food and place is definitely worth trying. I think I just found my new spot. Give it a try and you will see that this is a place worth trying.

Parking: Parking is behind the building

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. Food for kids like mozzarella sticks and fries there are other food options for them. There are seats for babies who are not ready to sit on the chairs.”

“I stopped at Lorenzos Pizza for the 1st time today. The pizza is fantastic and gets the full 5 stars.The middleaged gentleman working counter, however should get 1 million stars.Someone in my car got sick as we pulled up to park, and left a little mess infront of the store, and may need urgent care.I went in and told him what was happening, and asked if he had a bucket, so I can clean it.He did not blink an eye, and insisted I take care of my matters, and he would clean it.He offered me towels, napkins, whatever I needed.His only concern, was for me to attend to ourself, and he would do the rest.I travel to St. James 2x per week for the unforseeable future, and I will be stopping in for lunch frequently.SIR, I didnt get your name, but I cant thank you enough.You are a model of what every human should be like.Thank you”

“Rocco's might possibly be the best pizza on the North shore area from Smithtown to Setauket. I would include Port Jeff, but that would run into another pillar competitor:) The pizza always has a fantastic crust, the heros always have awesome bread, and great meat fillings. Meatballs are absolutely worth getting. Garlic knots, always full of garlic. The sauce is amazing as well. In the mood for a salad? Always fresh, never brown lettuce. Highly recommend any of their specialty slices, chicken Parm, or baked ziti, even grandma slice. Don't forget about the pasta too! I'll add photos next time I'm there.”

“My wife and I attended a wine tasting dinner event at Villa Sorrento and I have to say it was absolutely superb. The owner Sal and his wife were present and oversaw the entire event. Made us feel very welcome. The wine choices were spectacular and the dinner was just as spectacular. Great waiter staff, great chef and atmosphere. Highly recommend this family operated restaurant. “Only one visit so far so I will adjust if need be. Fried rice was top tier for the area. So was the sesame chicken and the lo mein. The wonton soup was pretty standard but the wonton meat was really good. I think it was ginger in there that made them stand out. My only complaint was the large boneless spareribs at 18$ were very fatty. Could have been the batch so I won’t hold that against them unless it happens again.”

The Skirt Steak Fajitas was a standout, featuring a bold and unexpected combination of flavors. The apple empanada with coconut ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.

Our server, Sarah, was exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made us feel right at home. She even recommended the perfect to-go dish for our kids, the churros!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were thoroughly impressed by Del Fuego. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a fresh take on Tex-Mex cuisine.”
