Don't believe any menu prices you see online. An online menu through Google Maps must be ten years old and their prices have nearly doubled since. That's why I give one star for service.
I find this to be the case with most chinese take out places. Whether this is all legal or not I couldn't tell you, but it's definitely shady. Very shady. (oh, and the food was ok. Not worth what I paid for it, though).
