We went around 3PM on Thursday. The waitstaff was really nice and patient.We Ordered The Spring rolls with the lettuce wrap. Those are my favorite.And a combination beef pho bowl.The pricing is alittle high Compared to chinatown but overall not bad for the location. It was about 32$ with a Thai iced tea. This place is great. I personally love the beef broth combo. It’s a nice bland of ingredients. Beef eye round, brisket, beef balls, and tendon. Bean sprout, lemon, basil. Scallion, onion, and cilantro. All fresh and very good when mixed with the soup.I love the fact that the brisket comes red and has to cook in the soup. You have to flip the ingredients into the soup. Located in a shopping center in Smithtown stepping through the doors transport you to a modern and cozy restaurant serving up the best Vietnamese food on the island.We started with some crispy pork spring rolls and shrimp swirl pops.
