The hero roll was just right (fresh and not too hard or dry) Having breakfast food delivered can be iffy (at your own risk) but the Hungryman I ordered from Bagel City Co. was excellent, best I've had since moving to the Smithtown area.“

“I've always been going to this location due to its convenience but now that it's under new ownership this year, not only is it better but you get more for your dollar. The prices now are actually better than they were under previous management. Great combinations for breakfast or lunch, many fresh cream cheeses and bagels/flagles. I highly recommend this location. If you cannot find it, go right past the Walgreens if you are heading north on Terry and turn where it says massage envy because it is easy to miss. If you hit Maureen's, you went too far north. It will be on your right.“

“We had stopped coming to this bagel location. Because the bagels were anemic and tasteless, it had gone down quickly. Well, it's back, my favorite bagel place has a new update. Bagels are terrific again.I no longer have to drive twenty minutes to get a great bagel when I can get one 5 minutes from my house. If you stopped coming to this bagel store, come back and try it again.“

“The young man working here was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. He put together two sandwiches for me that were delicious; an egg everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onion to share. Came with a side salad. Chose the cucumber salad which was fantastic. Was so good I decided to try a Greek omelette on a sesame oat bagel. Excellent as well. Prices reasonable and not ridiculous like other places. Proof that how friendly and helpful you are to customers makes a huge difference.“

Now I live in Maine and ask any New Yorker what the miss most and New York bagels will be in the top 3. Here in Bridgton ME we found my favorite pumpernickel bagel at Food City. WOW, a GREAT BAGEL!!! Shared how these bagel were as good as the best bagels I had on Long Island, NY. Complimented Food City on their Great bagels. Never thinking to look at the label...Bohemia, NY. LONG ISLAND BAGELS!!!
