This was my first time ordering a bagel in 15 years and I did not know what to get. But the workers were very patient and helpful Especially Vincent. He knew the perfect bagel for me. The shop also looks very nice and welcoming. I will defiantly be coming back for Vincent and the bagels.
Hard to find a good egg sandwich these days, I bounce around a lot. They are always nicely and neAtly prepared. Unfortunately, they can't make an over easy egg for anything. Over easy has runny yolk. Not solid. Forget it if you want over medium. If I order to other BEC's, the over easy should be put on last.

Love the bagels, I drive from Lake Grove for them, but it depends on server if you get any butter or cream cheese on your bagel. This trip bagel had at most 1 tbl butter if I scraped it off to measure. Most of bagel was dry. Owner s/have employees make them a bagel to see if they can do it.Could not tell which bagel had cream cheese. It was just as flat as buttered bagel.
