I wanted a cup of decaf coffee. Came to this bagel shop. Decided to order a bagel with egg and cheese also.Their two pot coffee is behind the counter- no self serve. Once my bagel was ready, I asked for the decaf coffee. They don't serve decaf coffee at all! So now I had to pay for the egg sandwich and couldn't get the type of coffee I came in for!
These bagels are by far The Best bagels I have eaten!!They are light, and fresh!! Unlike others I have to eaten. Heavy and doughy.From everything to plan Stratmore Bagels in Brentwood are the best!

Always great hired staff and in most cases the food is pleasant but… I have yet to enjoy a fresh chicken cutlet. I was dissatisfied because this was maybe the 4th time it was an old piece of meat. I could barely eat my sandwich it was so hard and discolored. I would really like for this location to take their food prep serious again. I probably won’t be back sadly.
