I have to repeat it three times and he still didn't get it right! The woman behind me was shaking her head and disbelief.
He never gave me a fork and knife, so I had to get up from the table and go get that. Then I told him for toast lightly toasted and he burnt it so bad, you could snap in half like a cookie.If I ever DO go back there, I will make sure that he does NOT take my order.“

Gave it another chance today since we had people coming over and its the closest to my house and I was so pleased with the customer service !! Brianna was very helpful. “I love this place, much better than other delis in the area. However, they are a bit more pricey than the others. Bagels are always delicious and the staff are always friendly and kind. One big reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the staff do not change their gloves regularly. They will touch cash, the register, other things around the store, and then go touch your bagel. Disgusting! Either have 1 hand for food and the other for money or just change your gloves between orders.“
