We recently went to Bagelati of Lake Grove. I was looking for a customer service number of email to contact them but was unsuccessful. Why would ANY Bagel location charge 80 cents extra for Butter? That is ridiculous. No location on Long Island that I know of charges for Butter on there egg sandwich? That's excessive to charge customers for Butter.
Everything I’ve tried here has been amazing! They even make their own ice cream, which you definitely need to try. The staff are super friendly, and the owners are right there running the place themselves. It’s a true family business and honestly just perfect.
Not a sanitary place to eat at. Their employees are gross and not clean. Stay away from this place if you value your health
