Attn store manager: the young men working tonight need a pass from closing side work- they were SLAMMED. Online orders were out of control; I was having anxiety w each ticket printing and I wasn’t even working. I waited 30min in line for my cake batter ice cream [always be worth the wait], but despite being slaughtered w orders, I was greeted w kindness. Good ice cream, terribly high prices, extra long wait, and disgusting storefront.-I counted 6 employees and was 2nd in line for 20 minutes.-Every surface and corner in the store was super dirty.-Employees were nice.-We counted 7 security cameras inside, so it's obvious that the owners have no idea how to manage a business or lead their people.

The guy who served my ice cream was talking on the phone using headphones and saliva was coming out of his mouth !Please don’t use the phone while you serve food or cover your mouth!
