Wendy's in Brentwood on Fifth Ave offers exceptional service with friendly and helpful staff. Reina at the drive-thru is always in a good mood and willing to serve. The manager and staff are super nice and professional. While the food is okay, there are concerns about receiving cold fries and the demeanor of the serving staff. Overall, the branch comes highly recommended for its service.
