“I just ordered the Ballfield-Chicken Cutlet, Bacon, Melted Swiss, Onion Rings, Russian dressing on Garlic Hero , It was the best Hero I have had in a long time. It was packed with Cutlets and was so filling I ate half then a few hours later ate the other half. I will def go back for another order soon.“

“Have been going to this Bagel store for years always found staff and food to be great. Bagels are made on site, not shipped in like some others. People who used to live the area who have relocated often return to get their bagels and still enjoy them. The store has been in the same location for many years and still family owned. This store i located in Selden and often confused with other Bagel stores in the area.“

“We had stopped coming to this bagel location. Because the bagels were anemic and tasteless, it had gone down quickly. Well, it's back, my favorite bagel place has a new update. Bagels are terrific again.I no longer have to drive twenty minutes to get a great bagel when I can get one 5 minutes from my house. If you stopped coming to this bagel store, come back and try it again.“

“The young man working here was very accommodating and made me feel welcome. He put together two sandwiches for me that were delicious; an egg everything bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato and onion to share. Came with a side salad. Chose the cucumber salad which was fantastic. Was so good I decided to try a Greek omelette on a sesame oat bagel. Excellent as well. Prices reasonable and not ridiculous like other places. Proof that how friendly and helpful you are to customers makes a huge difference.“

“We were so excited to see a Brendel's in Selden! We would travel to the Hauppague location because it's our favorite bagel/breakfast/lunch spot. Now, we get the same fresh, delicious options closer to home. The decor is beautiful, store is always spotless (bathroom is the cleanest public restroom I've ever seen!), staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I even tried the acai bowls and smoothies too and they were delish! Cream cheese options are endless and salads always fresh and delish! (My hubs loves the macaroni and my faves are the slaw and the Greek pasta salad). Highly recommend you visit Brendel's and see for yourself! 🥯 ☕ 🥪 🥤 🍳“
