“Been going to Joel's bagels forever! Rolando and family are such beautiful people, warm, welcoming, and funny. I moved to patchogue some years back and began the hunt for a good bagel spot. I walked in and couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. Instantly it became my #1 go-to. The food is tasty and the people treat you like family. Now I'm a few towns over and worth the trip back each and every time!“

“The employees are always delightful and willing to go above and beyond in order to satisfy our taste buds! We have been here a couple of times and our breakfast/lunch sandwiches never disappoint! I hate drinking coffee from bagel stores because it always tastes watered down but this one always exceeds my expectations, definitely a must visit!“

Messing up an order shouldnt count when a buisness is that busy...it happens everywhere. The staff doesnt need to be smiling ear to ear all day long! Give them a break! My orders which consist of the egg sandwiches have always been on point.“

“I'd been coming here many years, pretty solid place overall. I will say, an annoying practice they do is that when you place a big order, rather than give a cupholder, they put the drinks in the bag along with the food. All I need to do is make a sharp turn and that bag's gonna tip over and it's going to be an epic mess. It's partly on me because I should have asked for one, but my order took a long time and I just wanted to go. When I got to my car, I took everything out of the bag to put the drinks in my cupholder and the coffee was already leaking through the bag. Other than that, again, solid food, decent service.“

“I just ordered the Ballfield-Chicken Cutlet, Bacon, Melted Swiss, Onion Rings, Russian dressing on Garlic Hero , It was the best Hero I have had in a long time. It was packed with Cutlets and was so filling I ate half then a few hours later ate the other half. I will def go back for another order soon.“
