“My daughter recommended this place said it looked interesting. The food is unbelievably good. The bodega food is exceptional as well as the pizza that is well above most of the places in that area. Pizza in Patchogue is a little tough to find good quality. On top of that The service is fantastic always served with a smile and great attitude.“

“I called to order a chicken salad wrap, not realizing they were closing within the next 15 minutes! (I only realized the closing time after placing my order over the phone and then seeing the hours online rifht afted.) I try never to do that because I've made that mistake in the past (not here; at other delis or bagel shops) and in return experienced bad customer service... again, not at Toasted Bagel, but elsewhere. I get it! People want to clean and get home. But, that wasn't the case at all here - when I called without realizing they were almost closing, the woman was still so pleasant taking my order. And when I came to pick up, it was evident they were closing up... and yet still, they were so welcoming, kind, and provided the same great customer service that I usually get when I stop in here. Not to mention my food was delicious as usual. So often we tolerate grumpy staff at other places and brush it off, but having employees who are as kind and welcoming as they are to me (and my 6 month old son) meant a lot to me. My husband has the same customer service experience when he goes in there as well. While the food is good, the quality of their kind staff is what keeps us coming back. Thank you so much!“
