I’m not sure when the new owners took over as I haven’t been here in a while, but the bagels here are hands down the best bagels around. I couldn’t believe how fresh and good they were. Will be my regular spot again.
The food was good but they got a couple of things wrong. Ordered two bagels to go, One with butter and one with vegetable cream cheese. Repeated vegetable cream cheese a couple of times and they still gave us two bagels with butter, we didn't realize it till we got back to the hotel. Also had to go back up to counter because they forgot to give me my muffin to go that was paid for. Also a mistake was made on my check which they promptly corrected.
