Always the best egg sandwiches and bagels

March 13 at 7:10am I walked in and waited for about 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. There was only one other person in line.I walked out without placing an order.Stinks because I used to love this play

I was very disappointed with the service and food. There was more staff than clients and I was waiting about 10min to get helped. By the time someone helped me with the order the guy was so rude. I only ordered two egg sandwiches and he gave me an attitude because I changed the bagel. Order BE&C with spk and this guy put so much ketchup that I couldn't even eat my sandwich. He didn't even cut my sandwich in half and didn't wrap it with aluminum foil. He used wax paper and all the ketchup was dripping. I'll never come back to this place. It's hard to find great customer service. They need to learn how to acknowledge people.

I got 6 bagels, half a pound of Cream cheese and butter and they charged me $22. $15 a LB for cream cheese is insane. I usually go to Bagel Deli Gourmet in PJ and get 12 bagels half pound of cream cheese and butter for $24. This place is a rip off and the entire staff is rude. I will never go back. No wonder there were no lines. This place is a joke.

Their prices for a BEC are ridiculous and the people behind the counter made up prices as I checked my receipts 3 different prices (Tax dosent go up and down and up again) TRUST ME: take yourself down the street next two Cabo fresh Stratmore bagel has better bagels and for 7-8 bucks Strathmore gives home fries and a free coffee.

I get it, times are hard. But the audacity to charge extra for chese and then FORGET THE CHEESE YOU CHARGED FOR... unreal. Mediocre at best. Hope this helps.

If I could rate the customer service I would give a 0. Been in the business for 10+ years. I tried to call in my order to which they told me to text it in. Waited in line for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. So I decide to ask how my order was looking and they told me they were out of bagel I ordered. That was my first time there and will be last. Do better; maybe take phone calls. Clown show

I’m not sure when the new owners took over as I haven’t been here in a while, but the bagels here are hands down the best bagels around. I couldn’t believe how fresh and good they were. Will be my regular spot again.

The food was good but they got a couple of things wrong. Ordered two bagels to go, One with butter and one with vegetable cream cheese. Repeated vegetable cream cheese a couple of times and they still gave us two bagels with butter, we didn't realize it till we got back to the hotel. Also had to go back up to counter because they forgot to give me my muffin to go that was paid for. Also a mistake was made on my check which they promptly corrected. If you go there just double check everything to make sure your order is correct, especially if you're taking anything to go

I got the Leo sandwhich and either there Fish or eggs went bad. Sandwhich smelled terrible and tasted bad but not bad enough to complain. I then went to the bathroom and was retching.I went back to the Cafe and told a worker that some of their food likely went bad with the intent of them not continuing to give it to other people therefore making them sick aswell. During this process the worker was giving me some attitude so I just left and said “just wanted to let you know your food went bad”

Stopped on my way into work this morning to grab a bagel and a half pound of Chicken Salad. Handed the guy a $20.00 didnt think much of the change. Got to work and noticed that my 1/2 lb of chicken salad was $9.35 they are charging $17.98 a lb. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place, what a rip off. Hamptons prices with ok flavor.
