Seems like they may have lost some of their long-time staff but the bagels are great and the service is good, lots of great lunch and breakfast options. Would give it five stars but the way can be long sometimes, which is actually the sign of a good bagel store.
If you are in the Stonybrook/Lake Grove area and you haven’t been here - you absolutely should try it out! I come here often and today I was craving a classic Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich and as always - Nailed it ??AMAZING STAFF - they are the nicest people ever, even under stressful situations they are always accommodating and polite! So the younger workers are trying to make my order and are interrupted by the older staff delegating different tasks. Simple time management, finish one thing at a time.Also my bagel ..... Look at the pic it speaks for itself
