Food is ok. Get prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for an egg sandwich, even if you call ahead. Doesn't matter. The service sucks from the college girls; excellent by the more seasoned staff. Luck of the draw.

They need new management or something. Almost an hour wait for a roll with bacon and egg. Manager or owner from what I gathered, closed the kitchen door bc he got overwhelmed with staff telling him anything. (Professional) When I went up to place the order I was told 10min. originally. It’s not like this is the only time they’ve done this either, the last few times I’ve gone they’ve straightup lied about wait times yet still take your money. Either stop taking so many orders or be honest about the wait.Does this sandwich look like it should take an hr to make?

Great spot for a quick bagel at okay prices. Came here a few times for to-go breakfasts. Will definitely come back in the future if I'm nearby and need a quick breakfast. A solid go-to place that businesses get bagels for morning meetings. Service was great with good recommendations. Speedy with service. Got their bacon and egg bagels with lox and scallio. cream cheese. Had a deal where you get a drink, pickle, and side salad (got the mac side salad) for ~$13. Bagel was solid, good taste and a decent amount of cream cheese as well as lox. Mac salad and side ice tea were pretty good as well!

Used to pick up breakfast here all the time before school nearby, but the food and customer service have completely gone downhill. The older woman answering the phone has zero phone etiquette, answered the phone while speaking to another customer and then yelled at me for saying “Hello?” to confirm someone was on the other end. Has she never heard of putting a customer on hold?Customer service is essential for a places like these, especially on Long Island, and this particular place could use a lot of work in that area.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this one. Placed my order, took tens minutes to make. Then gave my order to someone else and it was another 25 minutes before they fixed the issue. Was given an attitude when i let them know I've been waiting a while. Won't be coming

I stopped by this bagel shop despite having bad reviews I thought to myself how bad could it be? I have a gluten allergy and it's hard to find gluten free options anywhere but their website listed "gluten free options" so I gave it a try. I ordered the "boone" on a gluten free wrap and a gluten free cinnamon raisin bagel. OMG BOTH WERE SOOO GOOD! This probably has to be the best bagel I've ever tried. The wrap was also very good. I left with a happy tummy :) very good service everyone was smiling and they have a very nice playlist going on. Definitely worth a try. Everyone else's reviews were bogus.

Who cuts a bagel like this? How is one side paper thin? I ordered a well toasted sunflower seed bagel with butter. I got this barely toasted terribly cut bagel. Would not recommend
