Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I cannot stay silent about what happened today. My sister-in-law, a highly respected doctor in her field and a longtime patron of Bagel Boss Merrick, who is also of Puerto Rican descent, had a deeply disturbing experience with one of their staff members.

I went into Bagel boss and yeah pink two weeks ago I ordered and everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese, a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese and two coffees to go. I drive about five minutes open up the coffee and besides that it was warm it was horrible. It taste like that coffee was laying there for days.
