“BBQ Wings were delicious, coconut shrimp were a sin to humanity. Mushy and horrible.

“I prefer the donuts over the hot coffee. While nothing seems special from the coffee the donuts are very good and this location also provides special ones according to the season.
Parking: This parking lot is smaller and is shared by several different businesses. So beware that on some days and time parking could be cramped.“

“Excellent quality coffee. I ordered one of the winter special drinks: PB Mocha. The flavors were rich and it was not overly sweet. Grab and go as they aren’t set up for much seating. The staff there were kind and helpful and my coffee was made with care and attention to detail (latte art for a to-go coffee!).“

“I stop for coffee and ham/egg/cheese on a biscuit several days a week. The coffee is delicious, so is the Raspberry Lemon hot tea! Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“So nice inside and the food is great!! it's about 10-ish bucks for a salad, and it's so worth it. I've gotten salads from the Pop salad section and i just tried a quesadilla with steak (omg soooo good, the steak is soft and juicy and seasoned just right). the salad is always fresh and tasty and the portions are big!! My quesadilla meal was about 13.50 without the drink but i have leftovers and I always have half a salad left so it's like 2 meals for 10-15 dollars...so worth it. The people that prep the food in the back are so nice too. Idk where they found these employees but they are just so genuine and friendly. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone lol“

“While traveling for my son’s baseball tournament in Yaphank, NY my family and friends stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant!! Everything from the food to the staff is incredible!! I highly recommend this place and so did everyone else we went with (we brought 15 people with us). Everyone cleaned their plate and these are not small portions! The food is extremely fresh and there is a great sense of pride in their product. We loved our experience here and we will absolutely return when we come back in August!!“

“If you come to this Tim Hortons in the a.m.-early afternoon, you will be met by the sweetest face in all of America, Sera. Sera Is the best person in the world with the most amazing customer service and we come to this Tim Hortons now often just to see her face. She is so excited to make our order and politely asked us if we’d be willing to wait for fresh food. The food here is always incredible. I’ve never been happier at another gas station. A Venti coffee with a shot of espresso is just what I need to keep focused, and the quiet, comfortable, but also chill environment has helped me produce some of my deepest analytical work and solve some major life questions. Still working on the meaning of life - but that will likely take a couple more shots of espresso“
