“Excelent service....donuts used to be terrible until....MIGUEL STARTED MAKING THEM...HE IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO THIS PLACE...THE DONUTS ARE ALWSYS FRESH AND BAKED JUST RIGHT..ALSO THE MAMAGER JASON IS TOPS HE MAKES SHOULD EVERY THING IS PERFECT...coffee is always fresh.....I'm a good customer everyday some times twice....some of the kids are slow on drivethru....but otherwise this place ROCKS“

“Excellent quality coffee. I ordered one of the winter special drinks: PB Mocha. The flavors were rich and it was not overly sweet. Grab and go as they aren’t set up for much seating. The staff there were kind and helpful and my coffee was made with care and attention to detail (latte art for a to-go coffee!).“

“Decided to take a stroll through my old home town today & discovered Brewport. I’ve been sick of the big chain coffee places and I was very glad I found this place. The coffee was delicious and the owner & staff were so friendly. A bonus was that they serve a really good vegan/gluten free banana bread!! I live locally and will be back!“
“Had my daughters bridal shower a few weeks ago and Gina was like a best friend thru it all. Besides the food and venue itself, the staff and all it has to offer is beyond expectations. A lovely start to a new beginning.....10 plus stars“

“I stop for coffee and ham/egg/cheese on a biscuit several days a week. The coffee is delicious, so is the Raspberry Lemon hot tea! Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“Tried this for the first time tonight with my boyfriend and it was truly great. The food all tasted so fresh, it wasnt greasy, service was quick and the staff were all super friendly. I got the chimichangas and they had a nice crunchy outside and all the toppings were so good. Im surprised the place isnt busier on a Saturday, but no wait was nice. Maybe a more updated exterior would make it feel more inviting - i will say, thats part of what took me so long to try it. Will definitely be going back.“

“I stop at this Starbucks almost every Friday morning, and occasionally another day during the week, and I pick up for myself and three of my coworkers. Last week, it was a coworker’s birthdays, and I asked one of the baristas, Serena, to write “happy birthday” on her cup. She took the cup, drew a birthday cake, candles, stars, and wrote “Happy Birthday” in the cake. She went above and beyond what was necessary and my coworker was so excited! Thank you!“

“When I need to get stuff done that really takes deep thought, or when I need to meet with a student/customer, I can always depend on my local Starbucks to be a great location. A Venti coffee with a shot of espresso is just what I need to keep focused, and the quiet, comfortable, but also chill environment has helped me produce some of my deepest analytical work and solve some major life questions. Still working on the meaning of life - but that will likely take a couple more shots of espresso“

“The Staff here is the BEST!!! So gorgeous and talented! One of your Baristas is playing Julius Caesar in an all female cast. Another has a style that is living sculpture. Another is starting a weight loss support group...endless talent at this place! Talk to them!“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.
Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.“

She had a great attitude, checked in, and made the best crepe I had ever tasted . Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find and definitely deserves recognition. “The store has a lot of unique high trend bread. The owner/staff is very polite and generous and, the cashier/owner is kind too. It's a perfect place to buy bread/cake as a gift. The bread that I bought are fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back to try other items and coffee.“
