“This Dunkin’ is always reliable, and a big part of that is thanks to Zack and Miguel. They’re great at what they do. Friendly, quick, and they always seem to remember my order, which makes the morning rush so much easier. My drink is always made fast and correctly, and the place is consistently clean and well-run. You can tell these two really keep things moving and help the store run smoothly.

“This location is beyond interesting to me. Whenever I am there in the morning the staff is so sweet, the store is clean, and my drink is made right. I get that there is lunch rushes but the other day the so called “manager” Kelpsy gave attitude when i asked for my drink remade because i am allergic to WHOLE MILK. I like this location but how do you make my drink wrong than give me attitude when asked to correct your mistake 🤔“

“The name escaped me until i walked in and saw that its a cafe and flower shop! Such a great idea. I stopped in on my way to run errands in the area, and loved it. Welcoming atmosphere, It has an abundance of deserts to choose from but not only that... there were many other items including soups, Dubai chocolates (both with the pistachio cream and angel hair). The Mocha Late was fantastic! I should have gotten the large! A great addition to the neighborhood. Ill be back!“

“I stop for coffee and ham/egg/cheese on a biscuit several days a week. The coffee is delicious, so is the Raspberry Lemon hot tea! Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

“Haven’t been here in a while and am so happy I went today! The updates to the menu and coffee are 👌🏻 They use Flux Coffee (IYKYK) so I already knew I in good hands. I had the creme brûlée latte today and it was exactly what I was craving. I’ll be back for a Matcha latte later this week, my favorite and it looks like they make a great one. I also have to mention: as a mom of a little one, it’s hard to find stroller accessible places in town where you not only can conveniently roll right in but you fit/don’t feel like you’re in others way (also IYKYK). There is so much room here and the atmosphere is inviting. The service is also 10/10. Highly recommend!“

“Been here a few times now, and now that i moved to NC I was back for the holidays, I decided to take my uncle tonight and wow wow wow it never disappoints. As soon as I walk in, im almost brought to tears because it feels like home. *cues Frank Sinatra* youre greeted as soon as you walk in, everybody having warm BUT LOUD;) italian conversations at the little tables. I asked the woman which gelato she preferred and she said amaretto cookie, and so I said okay ill that one:) ! And the boss/owner intercepted and said, everyone has their own taste and took it upon himself to scoop a sample of it and I like how despite how everybody is in the fast lane and next next next (outside this place) he took the moment to go above and beyond and thats the italian way. It made me smile. Amongst the decadent gelato, the ambiance, the hospitality is what puts the cherry on top. And btw my uncle said a lot of the gelatos hes had have been ice chips but this one, perfecto. Dolce far niente. Like sitting in the car, together, reunited for the holidays, enjoying gelato. Tasting the gelato, but more, tasting a memory far richer than I could've asked.“

Last week, it was a coworker’s birthdays, and I asked one of the baristas, Serena, to write “happy birthday” on her cup. “The store has a lot of unique high trend bread. The owner/staff is very polite and generous and, the cashier/owner is kind too. It's a perfect place to buy bread/cake as a gift. The bread that I bought are fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back to try other items and coffee.“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

“I went around 9-9:30am this morning (3/1/25) and the young man who was working the coffee bar was incredibly friendly, upbeat, respectful, and helpful! The coffee was actually delicious and the prices were surprisingly great. Plus alternative milks like oat & almond were free with no extra up charge! It was my first time trying their coffee despite shopping here many times but I really enjoyed it. Even though I am making more of an effort to make coffee at home and not buy coffee drinks outside, I will def come back and make an exception for the coffee here, especially if the same guy is working there. Even though he was busy with orders, he seemed to be the only employee in the store who actually cared about his job and made an active effort to be nice to customers.“
