The restaurant has great staff, good food, and good coffee. Some staff provide excellent client service and recognize regulars, making it a favorite location. However, cleaning tables and light fixtures while folks are eating is poor timing. The music is too loud, and groups of kids are loud, making it hard to enjoy coffee in peace. Starbucks is hideously expensive, with a sterile, unfriendly vibe. The place is filled with immature teenage girls, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Until the new CEO is gone, visits will be limited.
