Was staying the weekend close by and was on the hunt for some good coffee! This was one of two options I found on Yelp and decided to try Southdown first. And I wound up never trying the other place because Southdown was so good I came back the next day. The employees are super friendly and the storefront is quaint. A great place for coffee in the center of town. The beans are good, and they know how to make an espresso. Their staff are very friendly. I make a point to visit them every time I'm in town.

My mom and I grabbed some coffee here on Friday afternoon and were very happy with what we got! Our two small lattes with regular whole milk were absolutely perfect. There wasn't even any need for sugar because the coffee was so smooth and rich, not bitter at all. The lattes were also hot but not scalding, so we could drink them right away.
