“I am writing this review to combat the rude customers I encounter almost every time I enter this Tim's and gas station. The coffee is wonderful and the staff are SO FRIENDLY! Yes, sometimes there is a small line, but there is no need for customers to be so harsh to the staff. Clean, great coffee and donuts, and kind staff!!!“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to a cashier named Tyler. I was taking some time to decide on my order, and he remained incredibly patient and kind the entire time. When my order was accidentally charged to my PayPal account by mistake, Tyler immediately acknowledged the error, voided the transaction, and generously gave me the order free of charge. His customer service not only stood out, it truly reflected the kind of heart he has. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive. Shoutout to Tyler for going above and beyond! “Went to this Dunkin today. For the first time in years. And I loved it. The girls working the counter. 🍩 🍨 🍦 They also have ice cream as it's also a Baskin Robbins. A traditional place I grew up with. And still delicious 😋🤤.“

“I called to order a chicken salad wrap, not realizing they were closing within the next 15 minutes! (I only realized the closing time after placing my order over the phone and then seeing the hours online rifht afted.) I try never to do that because I've made that mistake in the past (not here; at other delis or bagel shops) and in return experienced bad customer service... again, not at Toasted Bagel, but elsewhere. I get it! People want to clean and get home. But, that wasn't the case at all here - when I called without realizing they were almost closing, the woman was still so pleasant taking my order. And when I came to pick up, it was evident they were closing up... and yet still, they were so welcoming, kind, and provided the same great customer service that I usually get when I stop in here. Not to mention my food was delicious as usual. So often we tolerate grumpy staff at other places and brush it off, but having employees who are as kind and welcoming as they are to me (and my 6 month old son) meant a lot to me. My husband has the same customer service experience when he goes in there as well. While the food is good, the quality of their kind staff is what keeps us coming back. Thank you so much!“
