I found gluten free gingerbread people for my daughter to decorate at an upcoming holiday party, and a gluten free gingerbread house kit, which I’ve never been able to find before! My daughter was also able to get a toasted buttered bagel for the road, also a first for her! The staff is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!“

“The best jelly donuts on LI for sure. Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t even put an ounce of jelly in theirs. They put in 1/2 cup! Yummy! Their bread is of Arthur Avenue quality. “I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.“

“So I just want to say that I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer. I do not always come to this location but I have to say. The one time I did, my iced coffee was amazing! I ordered in the mobile app and picked up, it was made just the way I ordered it. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Thank you team! Keep up the good work. I will tip the next time I pick up.“

“I love dunkin and I always want to try new drinks, however having life-threatening allergies always held me back due to people getting annoyed having to do things more carefully to avoid cross contamination. George at the medford dunkin let me read the ingredients on the banana cold foam so i didnt have to worry and even used a sealed fork to stir it so i didnt have to worry about cross contamination with almond milk with the general stirring spoon! He did all of this with a smile and I was able to enjoy this delicious drink without worry! It’s so rare to find people so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for someone with allergies but I am so glad he did and I will definitely be back! I’m so glad my allergies were met with such a positive and understanding reaction to what some would call a burden of an order! It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but as a teen its so hard to be taken seriously sometimes or treated with respect and kindness over rude and disrespectfulness so i am so glad it was George who took and made my order!“

“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. “What a great anniversary celebration on Saturday. My kids had so much fun and the giveaways were fantastic. Everyone there loved the face painting and the bouncy house and of course Princess Elsa and the dancing Grinch. “I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“This dunkin is small and gets crowded on the weekends when the soccer fields are open but every time we go, the service is always great and very clean. The two ladies at the register are always pleasant. one time, they made a mistake on the coffee order, remade the coffee and gifted me the first one.“

“l love this location. They’re the only dunkin who are always consistent and my drink always tastes how I want it to. I get the same latte order at other locations and it tastes different each time which is annoying because I cant always go to this location. They make their drinks very good I recommend.“

“The staff are generally very helpful and accommodating, but beware of the commuters. If you are traveling in to the city please be respectful of the regular commuters and order quickly. Remember these people are on their way to work and your dilly dallying could make them late. Also remember to follow the queue signs and don't mill about in front of the register.If you are a regular the staff will have your order ready the moment they see you on the line. They may not know your name but they know how you take your coffee and that is something special.“

“I prefer the donuts over the hot coffee. While nothing seems special from the coffee the donuts are very good and this location also provides special ones according to the season.

Parking: This parking lot is smaller and is shared by several different businesses. So beware that on some days and time parking could be cramped.“
