“What a great anniversary celebration on Saturday. My kids had so much fun and the giveaways were fantastic. Everyone there loved the face painting and the bouncy house and of course Princess Elsa and the dancing Grinch. I go here every day so it was so nice to see they truly appreciate their customers Happy Anniversary.“

“This Dunkin Donuts location is one of the cleanest ones I've been to. Sometimes there is a small line but it is a smaller Dunkin Donuts so there's usually not too many people in there which is nice - not too crowded ever. They get the order right every time, too, which can be rare for some of these. I definitely recommend this location for stopping in and grabbing some coffee. Something to note, however, there is no drive-thru at this one.“

“Delicious products and an amazingly thoughtful menu for people with celiac or gluten allergies. I found gluten free gingerbread people for my daughter to decorate at an upcoming holiday party, and a gluten free gingerbread house kit, which I’ve never been able to find before! My daughter was also able to get a toasted buttered bagel for the road, also a first for her! The staff is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!“

“The best jelly donuts on LI for sure. Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t even put an ounce of jelly in theirs. They put in 1/2 cup! Yummy! Their bread is of Arthur Avenue quality. “Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.“

“This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.“

“I love dunkin and I always want to try new drinks, however having life-threatening allergies always held me back due to people getting annoyed having to do things more carefully to avoid cross contamination. George at the medford dunkin let me read the ingredients on the banana cold foam so i didnt have to worry and even used a sealed fork to stir it so i didnt have to worry about cross contamination with almond milk with the general stirring spoon! He did all of this with a smile and I was able to enjoy this delicious drink without worry! It’s so rare to find people so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for someone with allergies but I am so glad he did and I will definitely be back! I’m so glad my allergies were met with such a positive and understanding reaction to what some would call a burden of an order! It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but as a teen its so hard to be taken seriously sometimes or treated with respect and kindness over rude and disrespectfulness so i am so glad it was George who took and made my order!“

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !“

“I was ignored in the beginning until I asked can someone help me? This does a huge drive thru business so I assumed they weren't used to too many people coming in. Once I got help ,it was fine.Donuts were fresh and delicious.

“It's seven pm on Friday, September 27, 2024. I was attended by two girls who were very kind. I would tell their employer to give them a salary increase for their talent at work. We need more people like that in this world. Excellent service.“

“This dunkin is small and gets crowded on the weekends when the soccer fields are open but every time we go, the service is always great and very clean. The two ladies at the register are always pleasant. one time, they made a mistake on the coffee order, remade the coffee and gifted me the first one.“

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.

“Not the worst Dunkin', but it seems to be understaffed as there was only one employee there when I went. On top of that, they only have agave straws, which were off putting because I thought the specs on them meant that they were dirty.“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“Nice staff and open spaced DD. Has ample seating and a currency exchange/atm/lottery on site. They lost a star because the cashier didn't know how to enter the promotion for free bagel. After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren't aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!“
