“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

I found gluten free gingerbread people for my daughter to decorate at an upcoming holiday party, and a gluten free gingerbread house kit, which I’ve never been able to find before! My daughter was also able to get a toasted buttered bagel for the road, also a first for her! The staff is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!“

“The best jelly donuts on LI for sure. Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t even put an ounce of jelly in theirs. They put in 1/2 cup! Yummy! Their bread is of Arthur Avenue quality. “I ordered custom donuts and an ice cream cake from this location and from time of order the customer service was fabulous. When I called to place order they were so helpful and offered some great ideas! On morning of pick up they were extremely busy but still friendly and efficient and even helped bring stuff to my car. Donuts were super fresh and ice cream cake was delicious on top of looking great! Just what I wanted!“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. “I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“Nice staff and open spaced DD. Has ample seating and a currency exchange/atm/lottery on site. They lost a star because the cashier didn't know how to enter the promotion for free bagel. After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren't aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!“
