Donuts near Islip Terrace

“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

“The donuts are always fresh and the flavors are awesome. LOVE maple bacon!“

“Just love Glenn Wayne donuts since I discovered them last year. Bought 2 dozen on Sunday to bring to a family picnic and they were a big hit!“

“Delicious products and an amazingly thoughtful menu for people with celiac or gluten allergies. I found gluten free gingerbread people for my daughter to decorate at an upcoming holiday party, and a gluten free gingerbread house kit, which I’ve never been able to find before! My daughter was also able to get a toasted buttered bagel for the road, also a first for her! The staff is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!“

“The rainbow cake is delicious“

“so yummy! i tried two of the flavors and both were wonderful.“

“Delicious and great assortment!“

“Great fresh bagels and a wonderful spread of delicious Italian cookies. The rainbow cookie is my fav and it did not disappoint: sweet and the moisture was on point. Look forward to coming back when I’m in town!

*just note this is a grab and go kinda bagel place. There’s no indoor or outdoor seating available.“

“excellent customer service“

“This is my favorite Dunkin to go to. Always super clean and the staff is the best!!! I dropped my wallet the other day and the staff found it and called me up right away. Big thank you to them for always being friendly and genuinely great people.🙏 If you want to start your day off with a smile come here. America RUNS on Dunkin!!!“

“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

Parking: You will never have to look for a parking spot.“

“This Dunkin’ is always reliable, and a big part of that is thanks to Zack and Miguel. They’re great at what they do. Friendly, quick, and they always seem to remember my order, which makes the morning rush so much easier. My drink is always made fast and correctly, and the place is consistently clean and well-run. You can tell these two really keep things moving and help the store run smoothly.

Overall, solid Dunkin’ location with great workers who deserve the shoutout.“

“Best custumer service and best coffee....everything is goog“

“Love the coffee love the people who work there! “

“Jenny is always such a pleasant and so happy! Helpful and always makes my drinks perfectly! All of the employees here are wonderful! Only thing I wished they had that other DD have to be able to tip through card / Apple Pay payment methods!“

“I don’t typically leave reviews on Dunkin locations. But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. It’s very rare to find a Dunkin this good. The coffee is delicious. Not bitter or stale tasting. They made it perfectly, and the sandwich is tasty and fresh. Def recommend this location if your near by !“

“So glad this is my local Dunkin because it is easily the best one I have visited! I come here frequently as a grad student working full time and often running around. My order is always right, staff is super friendly and the place is always clean. Thanks for keeping me fed through my schooling 🤣“

“What a great anniversary celebration on Saturday. My kids had so much fun and the giveaways were fantastic. Everyone there loved the face painting and the bouncy house and of course Princess Elsa and the dancing Grinch. I go here every day so it was so nice to see they truly appreciate their customers Happy Anniversary.“

“This dunkin is small and gets crowded on the weekends when the soccer fields are open but every time we go, the service is always great and very clean. The two ladies at the register are always pleasant. one time, they made a mistake on the coffee order, remade the coffee and gifted me the first one.“

“Went here with a friend, the workers are insanely nice especially Mario and his co-worker (I didn’t catch her name) I got a chocolate frosted donut and my friend got a rocket pop donut, an Oreo donut and a Pepsi. The air conditioning is nice especially after an hour of bike riding during a heat wave. 9.5/10“

“I want to thank Dunkin’ Donuts for helping us celebrate our senior on national college acceptance day. The custom donuts added so much to our celebration. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most. Thank you so much.“

“I go almost every Tuesday with my son for the BOGO sundaes. Place is somewhat clean and staff is friendly. They could maintain the eat in area better. They know me there so they always hook me up with nice portions. It is also a dunkin donut store so a Boston cream donut is usually a staple to order. The ice cream is always good and on Tuesday it is worth the price. When it is not BOGO it would be not worth the price of $15 for 2 sundaes. It is a bonding time with my son which is worth it no mater the cost.“

“I was ignored in the beginning until I asked can someone help me? This does a huge drive thru business so I assumed they weren't used to too many people coming in. Once I got help ,it was fine.Donuts were fresh and delicious.

Parking: Easy parking and easy to get in and out

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair accessibility“

“Five Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Gracie at Dunkin' is absolutely the best! I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile, everything came out perfect. It's always such a pleasure to deal with the crew from the St. James Dunkin'. They truly go above and beyond to make every visit a great one. Thank you for the excellent service!“

“It was good. Just a typical Dunkin. Got a frozen coffee, no complaints was made just fine. Staff was a bunch of teenage girls, no complaints about them either. Sorry I don't know much to say because it's literally like every other Dunkin you go into lol“

“Visited at almost midnight for an after dinner desert and the employee was very nice!! I feel bad bc it’s a 24/7 Baskin Robins, I can’t imagine working these hours for just ice cream… she doesn’t deserve that :( regardless, Ice cream was very affordable and tasty! Thank you “

“Excelente servicio, trabajadoras muy amables, limpio, y comida fresca.“

“Yessy is the best and so are her employees. Every morning I get my cup of coffee ☕️ and a smile.“

“How about people behind the counter be more alert of what the customer is asking. Instead of being rude.“

“So I just want to say that I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer. I do not always come to this location but I have to say. The one time I did, my iced coffee was amazing! I ordered in the mobile app and picked up, it was made just the way I ordered it. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Thank you team! Keep up the good work. I will tip the next time I pick up.“

“It's seven pm on Friday, September 27, 2024. I was attended by two girls who were very kind. I would tell their employer to give them a salary increase for their talent at work. We need more people like that in this world. Excellent service.“

“The service there is the best around! The ladies are very friendly and they work hard.“

“I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.
I see a review from a year ago that their number was also out of service then. I find that very strange.“

“Always go to this Dunkin’ and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. My coffee was made just right and the donuts tasted fresh. The place was clean and well organized even during a busy time. Overall, a reliable stop if you’re looking for a quick coffee or snack.“
