I don't go to this Dunkin often but when I do, the customer service is always really good. The staff is nice and quick and I rarely find myself waiting longer than a few minutes to place my order. It's your typical Dunkin, they have $2 cold brews from 2-4 in the afternoon but their ice coffee price is astronomical, I think. I pay $4 for a grande iced coffee with almond milk and there is hardly any coffee in there because of the amount of ice. Lately I've been ordering light ice....read full review
You can't make this up! My Jelly donut was hard & empty. I gave up lunch for a sweet dessert. I put the cup in the cup holder while I was eating my empty donut to find out it was leaking at the bottom. I was so upset I went back in & the guy is looking at me with a leaking cup which I had to toss away. To make matters worse I had to wait because the coffee was done.

The only reason I ever visit Dunkin Donuts is because of their Midnight coffee, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and I also I do not like the alternative cafes. This location had the slowest service that I have ever experienced from a Dunkin Donuts. But that will not stop me from buying coffee from this establish chain store in the future.
