On my daughter's birthday, I ordered a cake from this Dunkin'. I was excited to pick it up, but when I arrived, the owner was rude and dismissive. She rang me up for the cake without saying anything, and when I said thank you and have a good day, she didn't respond.This was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was my daughter's special day. I expected better customer service from the owner of the establishment.
Just ordered 2 hash browns on the app with my rewards. Got there and then ordered a bagel with turkey sausage, bacon and cheese. The cashier said she didn't see my mobile order but gave me the hashbrowns anyway. The girl who made the sandwich forgot to add the sausage. She was so busy talking to a man and not concentrating. Next time I will make sure to check my order before I leave. Also, the number to this DD on Google does not work.
