Just ordered 2 hash browns on the app with my rewards. Got there and then ordered a bagel with turkey sausage, bacon and cheese. The cashier said she didn't see my mobile order but gave me the hashbrowns anyway. The girl who made the sandwich forgot to add the sausage. She was so busy talking to a man and not concentrating. Next time I will make sure to check my order before I leave. Also, the number to this DD on Google does not work.

In the morning this staff is on point , sometimes a busy morning can be rough but it never shows in the staff when they're helping each customer ! I'd say about 75% of this staff knows their regular preorder when they walk in without preorders name and order pretty well !

The manager here is always yelling and rude to employees. The donuts and ice tea was infested with bugs last summer and bathroom didn't have soap for over a year. Along with this the donuts are always stale.

If you order a cake from here, they will not pick up the phone to help you. If you order a cake from here, they will close early and not posted online and not have the courtesy or consideration to call you and let you know that they are closing five hours early on Christmas Eve so you may come to get your holiday cake for your Christmas Eve party. I called and called and called and I got to the store at 5:30 and they were shot. Online said they were open. The website said that they were still open. I got my Christmas Eve cake on Monday, December 26 useless. I asked about the phone she doesn't care that they don't have a working phone.

I came here to get breakfast on Saturday and it's close to my house since the other DUNKIN I go was a bit far (10 mins) and since this one was 4 minutes away me and my sister went to order and her ice latte was literally milk. My ice coffee was okay and the lady was just so rude giving us our foods as well so I don't recommend this place when you're going to order for ur family or they'll just give you the most disgusting things ever.

The employees charge you for cold brew but give you iced coffee. I'm not sure why this is so difficult. I want to support this location because it's the closest coffee shop to my house but I just can't anymore. I shouldn't have to walk back in every time to get the correct item.

My new Dunkin' go to as it is by my new job. I've been to this Dunkin' a handful of times now as it is directly across the street from my new office. Every time I've gone in, it is very clean inside and the workers are very friendly and quick with orders. Mobile orders are always completed in a fair amount of time. Coffee and food is always tasty and fresh.

Unfortunately this was one of my worst visits to a Dunkin's. When I first walked in I saw a few people not wearing their masks/not on their nose. When I tried to order the teenage employees continuously were joking around with each other and interrupted me to tell one of their co workers something although this is annoying I tried to look past it however I later on learned that they hadn't gotten all of my order correctly. I waited over 8 minutes until my food was finished, and I was not notified of this, and I had to ask if some items were mine - which seemed to annoy the young employees. While I was waiting for the portion of my order they "hadn't heard" the employees were continuously joking around while one adult aged employee actually made the food. I had to reorder the other part of my order, just like before and I waited over 15 minutes because they were talking to another customer about what bagel they wanted - apparently not everyone knows what an "everything bagel" is? - Other than the fact that the young employees didn't do their jobs correctly, there's not that much to be mad at. It's not DD's fault however I think they could've quizzed their employees a little more.On a side note, they had an award for most sales for BR which I do not believe... but what ever. The food was edible however the coffee was a bit bitter, and not "ultra-smooth" like the poster said - it tasted grainy but that might be from the sugar.NA Critic Score: 3/10
