I remember Charlie’s Hot Truck when it was in Brentwood off the Parkway Service Rd. I’m thrilled that they’re in Islip Terrace. I grew up in Central Islip but now I live in Georgia. Every time I come to visit my family a visit to Charlie’s is must. Thank you for your dedication to our community!
