“Filling in the donut I've got wasn't the best. It seemed to just be like syrup. The service was okay but she was occupied with some kind of a delivery order. Only one person behind the counter. The atmosphere is bright and clean appearing pretty nice.“

“I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.“

“I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.“

Just as important, the entire staff is personable, genuine, and it’s always a pleasant and perfect experience. Jeff is a wonderful human being. He was very supportive with a fundraising campaign I am very passionate about; one that will help youth in our community. That showed me how much Jeff and Sweetwaters West Main matters for Smithtown!“

i really like the coffee too. i used to order shaken espresso but unfortunately they don’t serve it anymore. i dont like too sweet too milky drinks…but i have been enjoying the Fall Out Boy its the only light and sweet coffee i’ll drink period.

“Nice coffee shop. We found this spot on Google Maps when searching for our coffee fix after a half day fishing at Captree. The shop is dimly lit with eclectic decorations. Service was friendly and nice. Banana flavored cakes were good. A bit expensive thought. But a lot of chocolate chips and very delicious. Bae got the Vietnamese Coffee and she liked it. My Americano was good.“

It’s honestly pretty hard to find a place where you can grab a quick lunch and still feel good about what you’re feeding your family.Ive been coming here with all the kiddos and they love it every single time. First of all, this place is insanely clean. I mean seriously, probably one of the cleanest food places I’ve ever been to. The ingredients are fresh,the quality is great and you can tell they actually put some thought into what they’re serving. It’s the kind of attention Id give to making a sandwich for my own kids at home. And the staff is just great. Idk how they do it but somehow they’ve made a bagel shop feel like a neighborhood place you’ve been going to for years 👌 Everyone is genuinely friendly, not that fake customer service stuff. “I stop at this Starbucks almost every Friday morning, and occasionally another day during the week, and I pick up for myself and three of my coworkers. Last week, it was a coworker’s birthdays, and I asked one of the baristas, Serena, to write “happy birthday” on her cup. She took the cup, drew a birthday cake, candles, stars, and wrote “Happy Birthday” in the cake. She went above and beyond what was necessary and my coworker was so excited! Thank you!“

And then there’s the people ❤ Lauren is the most amazing bartender, of course her brother Sean, Serafina (my gypsy ❤), Heather, Cynthia, Sam and all the best of the best. They all just make your day or night better. You walk in and you feel like you’re hanging out with friends.
That’s what I love about Monarca. It’s not just the food, it’s the people and the feeling you get when you’re there. It can be your everyday spot, date night, a drink at the bar, dinner with friends or just somewhere you go because you know you’re going to have a good time.

But - they never put the strawberry inclusions in my mango strawberry refresher 😢 Sometime I ask them to fix it when I pick it up and they seem confused as if they don’t know it is part of the recipe. I’ve created a favorite on the app to ask for “extra” inclusions in order to try to make sure it’s taken care of but please Sayville Starbucks, teach the staff that the berry inclusions are part of the recipe ! A Venti coffee with a shot of espresso is just what I need to keep focused, and the quiet, comfortable, but also chill environment has helped me produce some of my deepest analytical work and solve some major life questions.
