“When it comes to eating, this place has that Sonic Drive-In/Friendly's vibe; the food (burgers, fries, chicken, etc.) may not be something to write home about (much of it is "alright" at best) but the desserts (ice cream, shakes, malts, floats, etc.) is where the menu truly shines! Each ice cream concoction (including one of my faves, Rocky Road) is stuffed to the brim with mix-ins and the shakes are just the right kind of thickness.The girls who served my friends and I were very friendly with warm smiles and polite suggestions to get the most out of our eating experience. They even let me sample a flavor of their ice cream (after which I knew I was getting dessert with my meal!) so I knew what I was in for.The ambiance has that charming Pizza Planet vibe to it (If you've seen the movie "Toy Story" you get it!) filled with outer space decor and space-themed names for the menu items making it very family-friendly. If it had an arcade (or at least just a few cabinets), that would be pretty cool! (I'm not knocking points off for that one btw!)The place is definitely a good place for quality desserts and customer experience. As for lunch or dinner, it's good but I'm pretty sure your local diner may satisfy you a bit more. Overall, I highly recommend anyone to give Cosmos a visit!Kid-friendliness: The outer-space decor screams kid-friendliness and so does the customer service of the employees.“

“In the morning this staff is on point , sometimes a busy morning can be rough but it never shows in the staff when they're helping each customer ! I'd say about 75% of this staff knows their regular preorder when they walk in without preorders name and order pretty well !“

“Had my son's 3rd birthday at Mickey's and I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. Brendan was very easy to work with and the girls who ran the party day of were great with all the kids! The ice cream was fantastic. They did a craft with the kids, we sang happy birthday with an ice cream cake (that we were able to take home) and took a group picture before everyone left. I got so many compliments on the space and how much fun the kids had!“

Charming, cozy, and straight up delicious, this cafe has the right stuff to give the cafe chains a run for their money.Immediately upon walking in, my partner and I were greeted warmly, as they insisted we try their award winning gelato. The wide spread of homemade unique flavors made deciding a difficult but happy struggle. The fresh espresso coffee and pastries were simply delightful.Should our stomachs be allowed, we would have eaten everything. We look forward to returning and trying something new.“

“I have tried alot of bubble tea places and this one is REALLY good! My friends and I got the Rose Milk Tea, Taro, and Earl Grey Milk Tea. The Rose & Earl grey were the best in my opinion! The boba was also really well made, soft and chewy. Service was great as well! Overall a great place for bubble tea, I will be coming back soon!!“

“This is our favorite icecream and ices place to go! The variety is great. Servers are kind and cost is good . The only 'bad' thing I can say about this place is they close in the winter months.Vegetarian options: All water based ices are vegan“

“My boyfriend & i went to this ralph’s and now we can confidently say this will be the only ralph’s we go to. John, the extremely nice & attentive owner, was the sweetest person we have ever met. he had been closed for an hour and still gave our order to us with a huge smile and great conversation. we were extremely apologetic since we came so late but he didn’t care, he talked to us for 10 minutes and made our day brighter. we love ralph’s but we love this ralph’s A LOT!! his staff is amazing and we couldn’t help but tip them for there amazing work.sincerely danielle & mike“

“When you go inside it is just like any other carvel. The ice cream and flavors are the same as any other carvel we have been in, so many options! But the difference is the people behind the counter are always really nice and helpful. I always have a good customer service experience every time I come. Also, they are clean.“

“So glad we went! My wife and I came in thinking we would try the place out for hamburgers. Thanks to our superb waiter (I believe his name is Marty), he told us about the special that they had, and it was too good of a deal to pass up. The chicken sandwich was delicious, and truth be told would have been well worth it at the regular price, but as a special, it was a steal!For an app we decided to split the pretzel. It was quite large, had great dips to go along with it, and came out warm, fresh, and perfect.The chicken sandwich (we both ordered it) was flavorful and moist, and great sauces to accompany it, which we enjoyed with the French fries. We could not finish it all, but that did not stop us from enjoying the milk shakes at the end.I'm so grateful for the waiter telling us about the special, and he was extremely attentive and personable. “This place was pretty good. It could definitely use some tidying up, but other than that the ice cream was amazing. It was a really good spot for us to visit while we were visiting Long Island. “The best Carvel store anywhere. Secret, Soft serve large is BOGO everyday of the week, just ask for it. On most days there are SIX different dift serve flavors. The same Family operated business for years. The young employees working at the counter are always courteous and polite. This place gets packed certain times of the night but the lines move fast. They'll also accommodate your special ice cream cake orders. Hard scoop ice cream is available. Freezer cases always has an assortment of ice cream novelties.“

“I just ordered from this place, I used to go to proportions all the time to get my salads, or meals before this place came around. I’m not too sure if they changed things around or if they updated the place but it’s exactly like proportions! The salads were absolutely delicious, and the size portions were massive! Can’t get any better than this place, it’s a little costly but it’s worth it for its size and quality! It’s super fresh, and I love how they give you a lot of options when it comes to toppings making it gluten free, and vegan friendly!I highly recommend!“

“I love all the ladies that work at this Carvel. They’re so nice whoever’s doing the hiring there is definitely choosing the best candidates for customer service. They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. There’s no restrictions. But I’ve never had an issue with parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! What kid wouldn’t love an ice cream shop plus they have like the sweetest staff that works there“

“We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here this past weekend. The party was flawless and stress free. Alicia was so accommodating from the moment I inquired up until the very end of our party. “I ordered a custom cake for my brothers 16th birthday and it was amazing ! The woman who helped me was so friendly , and honest. When I told her I wanted black icing, she advised that black is difficult because it needs a bunch of different food coloring and doesn't taste good, so we ended up going with red. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page and had everything correct. I was worried the picture would look tacky or blurry because its printed but it looked like it was drawn right on the cake. Definitely recommend this service !“

“I had a party with 50+ people and thanks to the efforts of my Hostess with the Mostess crew, it went off flawlessly! I was provided 2 servers and a bartender and they began working immediately upon arrival. They were all professional, courteous and extremely pro-active! “The town of islip is your typical Main Street. The best part is the very popular homemade ice cream shop. You name the flavor- they have it. Even mini ice cream Sunday’s. Seating was limited, the staff was friendly and the ice cream delish. ?“

“I started going to this location 2 years ago, for a while I thought that the man helping me was rude and hated his job but once I got him to open up I realized he is hysterical and isn’t much for talking haha. He packs the cones with whatever ice cream and topping your taste buds desire( you can tell this is his favorite part), the service is quick and the facility is clean- what more can you ask for! And preferably get some that can withstand the elements. “I stopped in for ice cream, and my card kept getting declined, despite there being plenty of money on it. I kept asking the girls to scan the card at the top of the POS machine, and they kept telling me they cannot scan the card until the card was entered into the machine three times. I have never encountered this before.I really think there is a mistake, because the scan option was implemented to protect consumers from having to enter or swipe their cards at a POS machine. I never scan my card at retail establishments anymore; I always scan my card at the top of the machine, and my payment is always accepted. I am never told I need to enter my card three times before scanning.It ends up some lovely woman paid for my ice cream anyway, which I am highly appreciative of.“

“After a night and good eats and drinking I decided I needed sumn a lil sweet so I wanted to get coldstone... my partner convinced me however to try carvel as I've never tried it because I never had one in my home town. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I went ahead and tried the bananas foster sundae dasher oh my gosh was it delicious the sweet caramel and bananas and the perfect vanilla soft serve that was the oh so perfect texture and creaminess it was so creamy that it made me cream a little (a little yuro quirkiness only jokes!). My partner tried the Reese's one and let me tell you he is one boy that absolutely loves his nut! He's now hooked as well he slurped the whole nutty cup up. Since my first time going last week 7/11/23 I've thought about the goodness everyday since and I've had 4 dashers and you best believe I am now a proud member of the fudge fanatics! If you are ever in the mood for something sweet and for a good price come here it's about 6 bucks for a small dasher which is a good price considering the size and amount a small price to pay for being full of cream and satisfied. “A genuine heaven for ice cream lovers for all tastes, even with dietary differences! Everything is obviously homemade, which is hard to find even in great ice cream parlors. The hardest part is choosing what to get! I've had a chocolate root beer float, which was blended perfectly, a salted caramel shake, sublime and flavorful, and a classic banana split, which blew me away. It may be quite a ride from where I live, but when out this way, I highly recommend Sweet Sensations! I've turned friends on to it as well, and it's settled; whether you're vegan or not, have food allergies or don't, you're guaranteed a good time! Not living in the area and visiting, it can be overwhelming how much Babylon town has to offer, especially food-wise. However even on cold days, I make this place a priority! There are cute areas to sit and enjoy the ice cream too!“

“The last time I went to an Ice Cream store that provides their own custom flavors was in Carey, North Carolina. This store is located in a small strip mall with ample parking. From what I read; Ice Cream Social has several flavors of ice cream along with vegan flavors. They do have traditional flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, and cookie dough, but they are constantly designing new flavors. I tried many flavors before choosing the pumpkin pie flavor ice cream. But I did also like the apple cider donut and Coco Almond Joy. Next time I will explore other interesting creations. The staff was kind enough to afford me the opportunity to taste many creative flavors. It was not easy to settle on just one flavor. I recall a family member explaining to me what it takes to create these interesting flavors, and he stated it is all in the Cream mix. If you want to enjoy high quality ice cream with many creative flavors, one must indulge in Ice Cream Social.“
