When you go inside it is just like any other carvel. The ice cream and flavors are the same as any other carvel we have been in, so many options! But the difference is the people behind the counter are always really nice and helpful. I always have a good customer service experience every time I come. Also, they are clean.
Every time I go to this store, I'm blown away by how kind every single person who works there is. They are generous, and the service is always amazing. I live near a closer Carvel than this one, but I will ALWAYS make the trip to W Islip to go to this specific store.
