The people there are extremely nice and I just love watching everyone bake their cookies, and they are very sanitary too!! Cookies are absolutely the best I come here very often. “Ralph's is a Long Island summer classic for as long as I can remember, and the Lindenhurst location does the name proudly! They have enough flavors of water and cream ices and ice cream that could make your head spin, and they are always adding more. My personal favorites are graham cracker, PB&J, jelly ring, and you can't go wrong with the classics like strawberry or rainbow too. An easy crowd pleaser to bring a bucket along to any BBQ! The girls behind the counter have always been friendly and helpful. Parking in the attached lot can be a lot tight to get in and out of, but luckily it's off the side road and you don't need to worry about Montauk Highway as much.“

If the prices are going up with less portions that’s going to be a problem for Friendly’s. I would hate to see them go out of business because I love Friendlys too!!“

The woman who is always there is the absolute best, I think she is the manager but she is a sweetheart and has the patience of a saint with the crazy customers. She does a beautiful job keeping the location spotless and makes sure my family’s order is handled quickly. Everything we get there is always delicious!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Kool Kat Ice Cream Truck! I reached out to treat my daughter and her friends at her small school, and while other places turned me down because it was a small order, Kool Kat happily said yes. They made these kids so unbelievably happy! The man who came was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to make sure every child got exactly what they wanted. All of the teachers and staff kept thanking me and raving about how wonderful he was. Such a simple gesture turned into a really special memory for the kids thanks to Kool Kat. Highly recommend!“

I usually get the strawberry, cotton candy, or recently the green apple flavor! The large is more than enough but medium is perfectly fine.“

“Great Friday night out with friends. Food was amazing. Pizza dough was very good. Above average for wood fired. Vodka sauce excellent and I’ve had my fair share. Appetizers were excellent. Gotta get the stuffed zucchini flowers. And our waitress was excellent. Very attentive and not too over the top. And get the ice cream. The hot fudge was awesome! Cant wait to go back and try different pies. I do have one negative thing to say however. The lighting was making me feel dizzy at times due to the yellow tint, not a fan. But overall, the pros def. Outweigh the one con. Shoutout to my Antigua 25’ crew for coming along and introducing me to this wonderful establishment!“

From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. They handled my order quickly and professionally while keeping a friendly attitude that made the experience easy.
They made sure every cup looked great and were very generous with the toppings not skimping at all. I was impressed that they even waived the charge for one topping because the cup was already filled to the top. “I arrived at insomnia cookies in Babylon. It was in the aftermath of the St Patrick’s day parade. It was very very busy, however they took our order very quickly. I was waiting for my cookies for quite a while due to the volume of customers within. I didn’t mind the long wait, I had myself a beautiful date with me, however, the manager, I believe he was the manager, took this very seriously and provided me with 5 FREE red velvet cookies in compensation for my wait time. I didn’t even have to about the wait. He just saw that I was here waiting for a long time and took it upon himself to make it right. You don’t see that sort of thing a lot in today’s world. My first bite was heaven. I’m not not normally a fan of red velvet, but free is for me, so I gave it a shot. 12/10 if I could rate above 5 stars I would. The Dubai fudge is the star of the show — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with pistachio flavors and texture. Easily the best fudge option in the store and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

Service is very friendly and welcoming, even during busy hours, and the whole experience feels genuinely enjoyable rather than rushed.

Kudos to the owners (Teja and Mani) for investing in the local community and raising the bar for dessert spots in Babylon. This place is already becoming a favorite for families, friends, and visitors alike.
