“Ralph's is a Long Island summer classic for as long as I can remember, and the Lindenhurst location does the name proudly! They have enough flavors of water and cream ices and ice cream that could make your head spin, and they are always adding more. My personal favorites are graham cracker, PB&J, jelly ring, and you can't go wrong with the classics like strawberry or rainbow too. An easy crowd pleaser to bring a bucket along to any BBQ! The girls behind the counter have always been friendly and helpful. Parking in the attached lot can be a lot tight to get in and out of, but luckily it's off the side road and you don't need to worry about Montauk Highway as much.“

“Great Friday night out with friends. Food was amazing. Pizza dough was very good. Above average for wood fired. Vodka sauce excellent and I’ve had my fair share. Appetizers were excellent. Gotta get the stuffed zucchini flowers. And our waitress was excellent. Very attentive and not too over the top. And get the ice cream. The hot fudge was awesome! Cant wait to go back and try different pies. I do have one negative thing to say however. The lighting was making me feel dizzy at times due to the yellow tint, not a fan. But overall, the pros def. Outweigh the one con. Shoutout to my Antigua 25’ crew for coming along and introducing me to this wonderful establishment!“

“Went to get some ice-cream after dinner. The staff greeted us as we walked in the door. They were quick and efficient. They double checked that certain ice-cream were okay to have with my food allergy. They have a freezer full of premade ice-creams and cakes or you can pick from different size cones or cups. They have different flavors of soft serve or hard ice-cream and many different toppings to choose from. They don't have any seating so we had to take it to go. I was so intent on eating my ice-cream I forgot to take pictures.“

The woman who is always there is the absolute best, I think she is the manager but she is a sweetheart and has the patience of a saint with the crazy customers. “I can’t say enough good things about Kool Kat Ice Cream Truck! I reached out to treat my daughter and her friends at her small school, and while other places turned me down because it was a small order, Kool Kat happily said yes. They made these kids so unbelievably happy! The man who came was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to make sure every child got exactly what they wanted. All of the teachers and staff kept thanking me and raving about how wonderful he was. Such a simple gesture turned into a really special memory for the kids thanks to Kool Kat. Highly recommend!“

“Always love going to Ralph’s. It’s my favorite dessert shop when I want something light. Been going here for over a decade. Glad it’s still around even after so long.

I usually get the strawberry, cotton candy, or recently the green apple flavor! The large is more than enough but medium is perfectly fine.“

“Recently, I came in and placed a large, last-minute order for a catering party that I had forgotten to arrange ahead of time. I ordered several cups of soft serve ice cream and sundaes. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. They handled my order quickly and professionally while keeping a friendly attitude that made the experience easy.
They made sure every cup looked great and were very generous with the toppings not skimping at all. I was impressed that they even waived the charge for one topping because the cup was already filled to the top. Easily the best fudge option in the store and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

Kudos to the owners (Teja and Mani) for investing in the local community and raising the bar for dessert spots in Babylon. This place is already becoming a favorite for families, friends, and visitors alike.
