My two favorites are the pistachio and rainbow cookie gelato ?.. they also have a nice selection of pastries / cakes. If you have a sweet tooth the cannoli creme filled lobster tails were amazing as was the rainbow cookie cheese cake! Last but not least they have a wide range of offerings as far as coffee & espresso!“

Parking: It's a busy strip of stores. So off hours are easy. But prime time, it's difficult.“

“I figured I would try this place out as they are one of the few places where I can find any coconut flavors. I got a medium cup of ice cream for$6.50 (includes tax). You get 3 scoops. I got coconut, toasted coconut, and chocolate lovers. It was amazing and worth the price which I can't say for other places. I would recommend giving this a try, There is lots of seating and the workers were pleasant.“

“If there was an option for ten stars, I'd rate this place ten stars across the board! EVERY time I go to this location in Bay Shore, I'm so impressed on how spotless the whole place is. The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. You can see that they work hard & appreciate the business. They give excellent customer service & I HIGHLY recommend this Carvel!

“I love everything about this place. The cookies. The atmosphere, the wall with the huge cookie. The people there are extremely nice and I just love watching everyone bake their cookies, and they are very sanitary too!! Cookies are absolutely the best I come here very often. I threw up eating the large Reeces Peanut butter though. It was absolutely bomb but I just can’t take sugar like that.“

“I was actually trying to go to the hamburger spot next door and saw this spot when looking for parking. There was a long line for the hamburger spot so I figured I'd get a small thing of ice cream to eat while we waited. I came here on a Saturday evening around 6pm and parking was hard to find. However, there was always someone leaving the lot.

There was no line for ice cream and staff was friendly. Credit cards are accepted. I decided on a small cup of soft serve chocolate ice cream (~$4) which was a good amount for one person. Full of flavor and very creamy. I would definitely return to try other menu items!“

The ice cream Is good but they Charge me way way more the The Udall rd west islip or The Howells rd one and they are so stingy it's Kind of sad because I try to support omw there now but quantity needs to change. “This is probably my top 2 favorite ice cream place (my other fave is sugar hill creamery). SO MANY FLAVORS!! Amazing sundaes, the staff has always been incredibly kind, they literally warm up a brownie to crumble on the Sunday without asking (not a great example but you get the point), I absolutely love it here.

They seemed bothered by us being there, and both seemed to be having a miserable day. “This is one of the better Carvel locations on Long Island but it seems at all the locations they work super slow and there is always a line out the door. At least at this place, the ice cream was of much higher quality than the Copiague Carvel.“

“Cheap ice cream 10$ for a quart. Milkshakes are huge and painful but tasty. Not only is it a place you can eat inside and it shouldn't be full. It's a place where you can pick up and go.

Vegetarian options: Ice cream is pretty vegitarian if I do say so myself.
