Now let’s talk about the fudge, because it’s next-level. Everything is made fresh, and you can actually see the care that goes into it. The Dubai fudge is the star of the show — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with pistachio flavors and texture. Easily the best fudge option in the store and honestly one of the best I’ve had anywhere.

Service is very friendly and welcoming, even during busy hours, and the whole experience feels genuinely enjoyable rather than rushed.

Kudos to the owners (Teja and Mani) for investing in the local community and raising the bar for dessert spots in Babylon. This place is already becoming a favorite for families, friends, and visitors alike.

“Ralph's is a Long Island summer classic for as long as I can remember, and the Lindenhurst location does the name proudly! They have enough flavors of water and cream ices and ice cream that could make your head spin, and they are always adding more. My personal favorites are graham cracker, PB&J, jelly ring, and you can't go wrong with the classics like strawberry or rainbow too. An easy crowd pleaser to bring a bucket along to any BBQ! The girls behind the counter have always been friendly and helpful. Parking in the attached lot can be a lot tight to get in and out of, but luckily it's off the side road and you don't need to worry about Montauk Highway as much.“

They double checked that certain ice-cream were okay to have with my food allergy. They have a freezer full of premade ice-creams and cakes or you can pick from different size cones or cups. They have different flavors of soft serve or hard ice-cream and many different toppings to choose from. They don't have any seating so we had to take it to go. I was so intent on eating my ice-cream I forgot to take pictures.“

“Cheap ice cream 10$ for a quart. Milkshakes are huge and painful but tasty. Not only is it a place you can eat inside and it shouldn't be full. It's a place where you can pick up and go.

Vegetarian options: Ice cream is pretty vegitarian if I do say so myself.
