“Best ice cream I ever had visited from NC!“

“If there was an option for ten stars, I'd rate this place ten stars across the board! EVERY time I go to this location in Bay Shore, I'm so impressed on how spotless the whole place is. The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. You can see that they work hard & appreciate the business. They give excellent customer service & I HIGHLY recommend this Carvel!



Parking: Because there are other merchants in the same plaza, parking isn't always so good.“

“Always love going to Ralph’s. It’s my favorite dessert shop when I want something light. Been going here for over a decade. Glad it’s still around even after so long.

I usually get the strawberry, cotton candy, or recently the green apple flavor! The large is more than enough but medium is perfectly fine.“
