“Great spot, total hidden gem. I come in here time to time and their gelato is fantastic. My two favorites are the pistachio and rainbow cookie gelato ?.. they also have a nice selection of pastries / cakes. If you have a sweet tooth the cannoli creme filled lobster tails were amazing as was the rainbow cookie cheese cake! Last but not least they have a wide range of offerings as far as coffee & espresso!“

Parking: It's a busy strip of stores. So off hours are easy. But prime time, it's difficult.“

The LICORICE flavour was AWESOME with tiny bits of black licorice in it. The building facade has a fun energy to it; the garbage can looks like a massive ice cream cone.“

The one lady & man (he's usually in the back unless a few customers come in) that are always there are so nice. The lady is constantly cleaning up after herself after everything she makes. You can see that they work hard & appreciate the business. They give excellent customer service & I HIGHLY recommend this Carvel!

“I love all the ladies that work at this Carvel. They’re so nice whoever’s doing the hiring there is definitely choosing the best candidates for customer service. They always have a smile on their face or a suggestion for when I’m not sure what I wanna get.

Parking: There is a parking lot to park in but if you happen to be there on a busy day, there is a side road and a gas station across the street that has plenty of parking that you are allowed to park on for free. There’s no restrictions. But I’ve never had an issue with parking.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! What kid wouldn’t love an ice cream shop plus they have like the sweetest staff that works there“

“I did a take out order at the East Islip location. The food was good but the super melts do not seem to have much meat on them like they use to. If the prices are going up with less portions that’s going to be a problem for Friendly’s. I would hate to see them go out of business because I love Friendlys too!!“

“They are 3 Sisters and A Lovely Brother who I believe all work full time 9-5 elsewhere. The ice cream Is good but they Charge me way way more the The Udall rd west islip or The Howells rd one and they are so stingy it's Kind of sad because I try to support omw there now but quantity needs to change. Amazing sundaes, the staff has always been incredibly kind, they literally warm up a brownie to crumble on the Sunday without asking (not a great example but you get the point), I absolutely love it here.

“Everyone who grows up on Long Island knows that Ralph's Ices is a staple. All of the locations are excellent, but this one right here takes it to the next level. Recently renovated, super clean and very efficient.

The staff goes above and beyond offering a seemingly endless array of tastings and flavors (Kudos to Maddy for being the best). The drive-thru is so convenient, they offer ice cream & soft serve as well, and they even have a candy bar! Cannot recommend enough.“

“Ralphs Italian Ices are always great. It was on the visit bucket list since my kids have never had them. As always the food was great. The staff, not so much. They seemed bothered by us being there, and both seemed to be having a miserable day. “I got a Kashmir Pink Tea, which is absolutely delicious, but it's seasonal so leaving the menu soon. Yesterday though, I had gotten the Rose bubble tea, with boba. The tapioca pearls definitely seemed fresh too, as they were soft and warm when in the drink. They have several choices for bottoms which is really nice. The bubble tea has non-dairy in it, so a lot of people can have it. They even have ice creams, tried the Maine Wild Blueberry, and it's amazing! You can order on a little self-ordering screen, or you can be helped by one of the people there. I have only seen two people at a time, but drinks have come out fast. Service has been great, super polite, and the wait hasn't been that long. I definitely want to go back to try the Tropical Oolong!“

“We visited Northport on a weekday in April, after visiting the Tulip farm not too far. We were looking for a fast-casual place to eat with the kids, 2 of them vegetarian. We couldn't find anything attractive until we reached the end of the commercial street, at Martoni. We ordered a few panini sandwiches, they were huge, and tasted great! Staff were very friendly too.
