“We went for my Mom's birthday dinner and we had a good time. Our server Spencer was lovely and the place had a nice atmosphere despite the lighting. It was very empty this Sunday evening but it took quite a while for our meals to come. The food was great with decent portions for the price. The chicken meatballs were filling and the passion fizz drink was tasty.My mom got an orange and vanilla creme brulee for her birthday on the house that she absolutely enjoyed. Just wish they had more non pork options and meals more kid friendly on the menu (we weren't the only party with children while we were there so definitely considered a family friendly establishment).”

“Had a great time at Butera's in Bay Shore last night (despite it being St. Patrick's day Bar Crawl Weekend in the town). The food was outstanding! We had the Gnocchi and Lasagna and I could eat loaves of that bread if given the opportunity. I'm not a fan of Rainbow cookies or desserts in general, but the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake is a must! Can't wait to go back and try everything, because narrowing down what I wanted to eat was one of the hardest decisions of the night!”

“i recently went to the one in bay shore, and everything looks so pretty and aesthetically pleasing to look at. i love how they celebrate for each holiday, my favorite was definitely the winter themed one. however, i went to old a strawberry jelly cup, and there was literal mold growing from the cup. i was quite disappointed because this was my first time eating there. however, i did ended up getting the mango mousse, which was extremely delicious. still a little disappointed with my original order.”

“Great old school deli I always try to stop at when I'm working in Bay Shore. I've never had anything that wasn't outstanding..BEC. cmon, had an unbelievable omlette today. Lunch is always fantastic with lots of specialty sandwiches. Best part is the people, so friendly and helpful, you leave happier than when you walk in! Great place, give it a try!”

“I decided to give this place a try. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. I chose a custom salad with adobo chicken and a slew of toppings and even a decent portion of guacamole on it for no extra cost. Their Chicken quesadilla was huge and well balance with my choice ingredients. There's absolutely nothing wrong with Qdoba, they do everything right. I believe prices to portion ration is fair. The only downside I think is that possibly they just don't stand out enough vs the competition. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Excellent experience. I ordered 2 dinners to go (chicken scampi & spaghetti w/meat sauce) & was quite impressed on how everything was packaged so perfectly. The portions were a great size. I couldn't believe that each dinner came with your choice of soup or salad AND bread sticks! I chose the salad & it was big. My fiance chose the pasta fagioli & that was also big. The food was delicious & we both ate 3 times each out of our food because that's how much food we were given. And what REALLY impressed me was how i only spent $34.50 (chicken $21 + pasta $13.50) and received all that food. I'm used to going to my local pizzeria/restaurant & paying almost $40 for the same type dishes WITHOUT salad and/or soup. Granted, you get a piece of plain ole Italian bread but here you get those awesome buttery garlic bread sticks with your meal. When I've ordered from my local place, I got a chicken dinner ($21), pasta w/meat sauce ($18) & a small salad ($8). Do the math...$47. Here, not only is the food soon good but I save about $12 AND get another soup or salad as well. Also, the girl that gave me my food & rung me up was very sweet & friendly. I highly recommend O.G.”

“We love this place and eat here about every other week. The combination of the food, service and the laid-back atmosphere makes this place a home run. (I've had better Thai food, but not around here!) Their entrees are VERY reasonably priced and the servings are nice portions. My daughter loves the Drunken Noodles and my wife's favorite is the Pad Thai. I prefer the curry's and also love the spicy shrimp with string beans and jasmine rice. The waiter is so nice and attentive. We never feel rushed or ignored.We've had most of the appetizers and really loved the fried calamari with the Thai sauce. The spring rolls are also excellent.The duck pancakes were good as are ALL the dumplings! The chicken satay was dry and I just wasn't a fan of the Indian bread.And don't forget the green tea or one of the special Thai teas to go along with your meals.”

The bartender let us try anything on the board, and one of our friends was part of the Hidden Treasure Secret Society, he got a free flight (hiddentreasureli.com). We were definitely an eclectic crew in terms of drinks and not one person was disappointed. I had the Dub Club 2023 a hazy IPA most delicious. Another a pink looking sour, super sour for my taste but my bestie loved it. No food truck a little disappointing as it listed it on the website and this was literally my first time here in years, what luck with a hangry wife. Needless to say we had 3 and left. But for future they do allow you to bring food which is pretty amazing nowadays.”

“Never order the liquor. First, let me say the food is wonderful. The servers are quite kind. But again, DON'T ORDER THE LIQUOR. I asked for an Old Fashioned at first; I saw they had a collection of whiskey, so I figured it wouldn't be that big of an ask. Unfortunately, neither the server nor whoever they had working behind the counter seemed to know very much about making drinks. So instead I just ordered a Jack & Coke.$12.95 for a freaking Jack & Coke. That's insane! They'd make back the bottle in 3 drinks! Jack Daniels is NOT pricey. I've paid less for elevated cocktails in the city. And had they given me a good cocktail, I would've said that was a fair price. But no, they gave me a splash of jack with a heavy dose of soda. That's $8 max, not $12.95. I should've known better than to order it when I didn't see the liquor menu, I guess.Aside from that, the food is some of the best on the Island and the service is phenomenal. Tip 'em well, they deserve it.”

Thank G-d that Christina turned around an overnight order to ensure we had a roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and almond topped with olive -oil drizzled broccoli for the first night of Chanukah's meal!!! My husband made his GF. latkes, I opened the lids of applesauce and sour cream to top them off...a bottle of Kedem wine and voila! We happily spun our dreidels!Fast forward to last night. My husbandordered our "Grinch roast beast" for Christmas Eve dinner, picked up the delicious chicken sausage ring, cutlets.I did a supermarket sweep of salt-free mozzarella ball , jam, Baci chocolate, and amaretto cookies for our last night of Chanukah meal 5 minutes to 5 pm closing time. No rush, but we did as lovely Samantha and Giovanna needed to get home to their families. “Excellent experience. I ordered 2 dinners to go (chicken scampi & spaghetti w/meat sauce) & was quite impressed on how everything was packaged so perfectly. The portions were a great size. I couldn't believe that each dinner came with your choice of soup or salad AND bread sticks! I chose the salad & it was big. My fiance chose the pasta fagioli & that was also big. The food was delicious & we both ate 3 times each out of our food because that's how much food we were given. And what REALLY impressed me was how i only spent $34.50 (chicken $21 + pasta $13.50) and received all that food. I'm used to going to my local pizzeria/restaurant & paying almost $40 for the same type dishes WITHOUT salad and/or soup. Granted, you get a piece of plain ole Italian bread but here you get those awesome buttery garlic bread sticks with your meal. When I've ordered from my local place, I got a chicken dinner ($21), pasta w/meat sauce ($18) & a small salad ($8). Do the math...$47. Here, not only is the food soon good but I save about $12 AND get another soup or salad as well. Also, the girl that gave me my food & rung me up was very sweet & friendly. I highly recommend O.G.”

The space is super roomy, industrial yet comfortable, with plants everywhere, video games, darts, fooseball and other activities. Staff is quirky and fun - we usually go to visit Ashley on Wednesdays and it’s always a great time. There’s often a killer food truck parked outside, and we always make it a point to attend Sundaze at the brewery, the last Sunday of every month - such an awesome weed-friendly event. Don’t sleep on this place - the down-to-earth atmosphere and delicious brews will keep you coming back for more.And to the male Karen (would that be a Chad?) whining about them closing for private events down below - grow up. “One of my go-to sushi spots for a few reasons. The price is a huge driving factor, especially in this economy sheesh! I'll keep it brief though, this sushi spot is right off the service road on the I-27. It may look a bit awkward on the inside because they share the location with a chinese take-out spot so both establishments are essentially connected at the hip. I love their lunch special here: Any 3 classic rolls & either soup, salad, or soda for under $15. They stuff these rolls too so I can never finish my meal in one sitting. I will say you pay for what you get however, this sushi is tasty but it definitely isn't the best sushi available. It is the most convenient and affordable though and for those reasons I will continue coming here when I need a quick sushi fix.”
