“Husband had seafood platter and was disappointed that it didn't come with pasta. He thought it did last time he ordered. Was celebrating friend's b-day and poor man found it very hard to go up and down steps!!!!!No handicap ♿️ ramp???really?Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't see one!!“
“Recently went here for a date night with friends. This place is tucked away off the beaten place but truly a hidden gem. Our food was delicious, we had some appetizers which we loved. Lobster roll was to die for. Tacos were flavorful. And drinks were AWESOME!! Live music during dinner was a plus. Can't wait to visit during the warmer months.“
“A hidden gem on Long Island. Everyone should know this place by now.Don't know where to start? Read the menu entirely, and you will know that the chowder soups are the best. Do not skip these soups. You'll want a bowl, not a cup, and even then, you'll be asking for seconds. Don't sleep on the seafood bisque either. Definitely buy some to take home. The appetizers were a bit small, but with the prices of everything these days, you get what you paid for. The crab cakes were delicious and full of crab while other places go heavy on the breading instead. We ended up having the shrimp boat, shrimp po boy, blackened catfish tacos and shrimp salad. Everything was flavorful. Big portions as well.I do believe they are closed for the month of February but I will be going back myself when it opens in March.“
“Great fresh hot food. The food is Dominican home style, laid out in big trays.Lots of variety of food to choose from- Rice and beans, spaghetti, chicken baked and stewed, pork chops and ribs, beef stew, fried seafood and shrimp. They have nice creamy deli salads as well - egg, potato and macaroni. The staff is helpful and friendly. The place is nice and clean inside. And brightly lit.It also has few places to sit and eat at the counter.Plenty of parking outside.Their coffee is really good too.I would definitely come back!“
“Cannot imagine rating The Shack poorly. Where do you think you are, the Waldorf?? Skilled bartenders pouring great drinks (rocket fuels with the actual correct ingredients, unlike other establishments on the island!) Fun environment with live music on the weekend. Just steps from the beach too! Nothing better on a hot beach day!“
“Victorios one, on 27. Absolutely the best Pizza anywhere I have ever been and you always get friendly service.8/5/22 Ordered a chicken Alfredo, absolutely delicious, just can't find tastier food or pizza no matter where I go in the 5 boroughs. Even the fancier, much more expensive restaurants like Maggianos little italy, I find myself returning the food.“
“Good spot to grab some take out and a drink as you wait for the Fire Island ferry. Friendly service at the take out counter, good comfort food, large selection of seafood fares, and reasonable prices.Parking: Parking is free if you just come to grab a quick order to go, but you'll have to use the paid parking lot if you're staying longer.“
“We had an awesome server. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had 2 appetizers, the mushroom flatbread and burata. Our dinners were awesome also. So many nice things to say. They were both filling and delicious. We had an enjoyable evening and will gladly come back.“
