“This place makes the best popusas and cortido around. I have had popusas everywhere and this is hands down the best. Fresh and the cortido is perfect. I haven't tried the fried chicken, but everybody orders them and they look amazing. I just haven't gotten past the popusas. Oh and this place is super clean.“

“Yesterday was the first time I have been to Popei’s. What a great night! From the moment we walked in the owner/chef greeted us. We sat outside in the tent with the great musician. He was very interactive, took requests. People were singing along, It’s was very enjoyable. It was very clear our waitress, Janice was extremely busy but also very thorough careful and caring. It’s obvious she cares about what she is doing and works very hard. Upon my ordering, I mentioned a food allergy Janice double checked that things were OK before she submitted the order. 2 other people came to verify before cooking my meal. The food was SO GOOD! Big portion sizes. Gave my mother dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic night. We will be back. My only suggestion would be when the musician is taking a break to lower the background music. When he wasn’t singing, the music was still incredibly loud and we had difficulty hearing each other at the table.“

“OUR WAITRESS DAYANA WAS THE WORST ALLTHE MONEY WE SPENT. HOW DARE SHE TREAT ME BAD. HER ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE SHE GOT THE WRONG ORDER BUT I EAT IT ANY WAY. TOO SLOW ON GETTING THE UTENSILS. I HAD TO ASK 5 TIMES. GETTING THE SAUCE FOR MY MEAL. LYING TO MY FACE THAT I ORDERED THW WRONG MEAL. IF THATS THE WAITRESS WHO HAVE WE SHALL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND SPEND THE MONEY WE SPEND.“

“The food was soooo delicious. My husband I were cwlebrating our 6th Anniversary and had a WeekDay Luncheon Date. Totally Superb down to the very last drop. We ate every buttery morsel. We each had the Grilled Salmon, Lobster and Shrimp Trio with Mashed potatoes loaded with Lobster Sauce on top and a side of their broccolli which was insanely delicious!!! We will most definitly coming back. Staff was very attentive and friendly and very accomodating. Thank You for such a wonderful experience!“

“We had a Mothers Day celebration Sunday at this fabulous seafood restaurant. There were 15 of us- 9 adults and six children between 5 and 12. We traveled an hour to get there. The food was delicious- fresh, tasty and the portions were so large that everyone took a doggy bag home. It was served by a great staff including Angel who was our server. The owner, Donna, was very cordial and friendly. Everyone had a great time. We can't wait for our next family dinner to return. This is a must restaurant if you are a seafood lover!!“

“Food was good here. Authentic dim sum stuff. However, there isn't a lot of variety to choose from, like how it normally is in most dim sum restaurants. Service was very good. Friendly staff. I'd come back because it's around the way, but I'd have to drive a little further to get a wider variety.“

“Ate at the restaurant back in July 2025. They were struggling. Decided to try it again tonight. We met Michael the manager. He has this place dialed in. The food was off the hook. Drinks outstanding. The staff very attentive. I had to go outside to check the sign make sure I was in the right place. Atmosphere was great and the establishment was family friendly. Rumor has it they'll be offering brunch in three weeks. I plan to return with my sister and brother in law. I'm happy to report the White Whale is back and better than ever. Well done Michael!!!“

“I just had my daughter’s baptism at Fabio’s. From the food to the service everything was amazing! My guests were raving about the food. We did family style and it was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to take home! Fabio went above and beyond helping us set up the decorations the night before my party. We never felt rushed (we were there til 1am). He wants his guests to have a great experience and we did! Thanks to Fabio, Rose, Marty and the entire staff for a great party!“

“Amazing ambiance, the ceilings are super tall which is always great. Personally love the fact that's the menu is favored towards authentic Chinese cuisine. Everything is done really well. The dice mala chicken with chili is something i always order at every place that has it on the menu and this place definitely tops it. It's a must order. Would definitely return on the regular!“

“I’ve never been to a rodizio restaurant before, and I came up to Long Island to spend Easter and my birthday with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant, the staff were professional, knowledgeable, efficient , the food is constantly hot. I would rate this restaurant at 10 star! If you’re on Long Island, it’s a must to try!“

“We were here for my nephew's birthday (his favorite place). Great experience overall. I know the company has gone through some changes over the past few years and to me it shows. Staff and service at this location were great and the food met my expectations...especially the front hostess who showed my son the live lobster tank (she was very kind to him).“
