I just had my daughter’s baptism at Fabio’s. From the food to the service everything was amazing! My guests were raving about the food. We did family style and it was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to take home! Fabio went above and beyond helping us set up the decorations the night before my party. We never felt rushed (we were there til 1am). Fabio's on the Water is an absolute gem in Merrick, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the very first conversation, Fabio was attentive, accessible, and involved throughout the entire planning process. His prices and party packages were fair and reasonable, and everything he promised he delivered—and then some. He exceeded my expectations at every turn, and trust me, I'm fussy!
