“I was in town from Florida visiting cousins & they heard great things about this place, so we figured we would try it out! Well, it did NOT disappoint in every way! The decor and vibe is really cool with a beach/nautical theme. The food and drinks were delicious! The roasted brussel sprouts & the Shepherd’s Pie was to die for! Our waitress, Nicole, was great and funny! The bartenders, Joe & Katie, made amazing & different cocktails and were so warm & attentive! They had a one man band singing who was really talented! We even met the owners who could not be more welcoming, friendly and attentive making sure we were having a great time and we were happy with everything! If I lived here, I would definitely come here often, and definitely will be returning on my next visit! Check this everything out for sure….and you’re welcome in advance!!?????“

“Went today for the first time for the anniversary. Food was good so was the staff (Thanks John 🍻) and we sat outside by the water. If im not mistaken there is also roof top seating with a bar but we didn't venture that way this time...Atmosphere was choice for us as well. Will be back.“

“Yesterday was the first time I have been to Popei’s. What a great night! From the moment we walked in the owner/chef greeted us. We sat outside in the tent with the great musician. He was very interactive, took requests. People were singing along, It’s was very enjoyable. It was very clear our waitress, Janice was extremely busy but also very thorough careful and caring. It’s obvious she cares about what she is doing and works very hard. Upon my ordering, I mentioned a food allergy Janice double checked that things were OK before she submitted the order. 2 other people came to verify before cooking my meal. The food was SO GOOD! Big portion sizes. Gave my mother dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic night. We will be back. My only suggestion would be when the musician is taking a break to lower the background music. When he wasn’t singing, the music was still incredibly loud and we had difficulty hearing each other at the table.“

“The food was soooo delicious. My husband I were cwlebrating our 6th Anniversary and had a WeekDay Luncheon Date. Totally Superb down to the very last drop. We ate every buttery morsel. We each had the Grilled Salmon, Lobster and Shrimp Trio with Mashed potatoes loaded with Lobster Sauce on top and a side of their broccolli which was insanely delicious!!! We will most definitly coming back. Staff was very attentive and friendly and very accomodating. Thank You for such a wonderful experience!“

“We had a Mothers Day celebration Sunday at this fabulous seafood restaurant. There were 15 of us- 9 adults and six children between 5 and 12. We traveled an hour to get there. The food was delicious- fresh, tasty and the portions were so large that everyone took a doggy bag home. It was served by a great staff including Angel who was our server. The owner, Donna, was very cordial and friendly. Everyone had a great time. We can't wait for our next family dinner to return. This is a must restaurant if you are a seafood lover!!“

The food was absolutely amazing and so were the drinks!! But the star of the show was the staff our waitress Emily was the best we have ever had! Just the right amount of attentive that we never looked for her and always felt taking care up. The busser also did an amazing job never a dirty plate on our table. We go out alot and I can’t remember the last time a restaurant covered it all flawlessly Service drinks and food. We have already texted friend excited to bring them here! “BEST TACOS ON THE NORTH SHORE. We stumbled into Ditch solely by chance and we are so happy we did. It’s a breath of fresh air for a rather stale Main Street in PJ. Very beachy vibes, feels more south shore LI than snobby north shore which is probably why I love it so much. The menu has a little bit of everything and everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. We ordered tacos, five different tacos so we could try a bit of everything. From the perfect corn tortilla to the pineapple toppings, everything was fresh and delicious. The owner Tracy came over to welcome us to his new spot and express his gratitude for giving the new spot a chance. Our server Brennan was working a busy lunch shift mostly solo and he still delivered a top notch experience. Very happy with our new discovery and we can’t wait to go back!“

“We had dinner last night. One of the girls I was with drove past this place a couple of times so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is by the water. It seems like you’re going through a neighborhood and then an industrial area. With lots of parking. What’s inside is really nice a large room not too noisy with television so you can keep an eye on sports if you want. Out the back was views of the marina and water. One of my friends needed the bathroom and was appreciative of how well it was designed and how clean it was. Our server, Kaiser, was amazing. He appeared when we needed him and allowed us to catch up. He had some good suggestions to try for drinks and dinner. And those did not disappoint. My friends ordered cocktails and they looked amazing and tasted even better according to them. They started with some appetizers. We had the zucchini chips done very well. The chip held up to being dumped in either a tomato sauce or a tzatziki sauce both of which had good flavor. The chip was still crispy light. We also ordered the octopus. It was nice to get to tentacle so we can share it. A good flavor loved the chard lemon on the side. But the start of this dish was definitely the potato salad because it was unexpected. My other girlfriend got a salad and said it was absolutely amazing. She was grateful that the portion was so large. She was able to bring it home as a lunch for tomorrow. We decided to order three dishes and Share we got the chicken special which had artichoke tomato and mozzarella on top the short ribs and then the Sole almondine. The chicken was nicely seasoned a good flavor, and the side was very good. The sauce was not too salty and very flavorful. The short roofs fell off the bone and the mashed potatoes are the way I like it a little chunky, but the gravy was very good. Green beans were except really good. The fillet of soul was covered with almonds on top, which was a very nice add of flavor and texture it had good flavor and not salt. The sides were very good also. After chatting for a while, we decided to order dessert. The Dubai chocolate order was amazing. Really good flavor not too sweet well balanced. A tuxedo cake was everything you wished we could eat when you want something chocolate. The layers of mousse mixed with the ganache was very good. Her homemade whipped cream was a nice add to cut the sweetness. So the restaurant seemed pretty busy we did not feel rushed. We definitely felt taken care of. And thoroughly enjoyed catching up with friends. Appreciated at Kaiser was able to enter with us too. Felt the pricing was there for what we ordered. They serve sizes were a good portion size and well balanced. If you know me, you know, I’m a water snob and the water was very good. I liked that they had a cute bottle to keep on the table so that you could have the water when you needed it not when the server came over to pour. I only downside would’ve been a diet soda tasted more seltzer than syrup, but it was OK. Lots more to try on the menu. Can’t wait to go back and try it.“

Food was very good. We brought our own wine and paid the corking fee. We ended up ordering from the specialty menu ($60) appetizer, entree, dessert, like most steakhouses. Most of us ordered the filet Mignon & added the lobster tail (add on) comes with a side as well. We ordered 3 extra sides for the table to share.
