“Clean, casual takeout / eat-in Greek food with extremely generous portions, great taste and service. Get the meal with the salad. The salads are HUGE with a nice balsamic dressing. They are generous with the pita bread and rice as well. Had the moussaka which was very good and lamb souvlaki also really good. If you eat in, a cook will bring you your food. Very nice. Prices are reasonable.”

“I was in town from Florida visiting cousins & they heard great things about this place, so we figured we would try it out! Well, it did NOT disappoint in every way! The decor and vibe is really cool with a beach/nautical theme. The food and drinks were delicious! The roasted brussel sprouts & the Shepherd’s Pie was to die for! Our waitress, Nicole, was great and funny! The bartenders, Joe & Katie, made amazing & different cocktails and were so warm & attentive! They had a one man band singing who was really talented! We even met the owners who could not be more welcoming, friendly and attentive making sure we were having a great time and we were happy with everything! If I lived here, I would definitely come here often, and definitely will be returning on my next visit! Check this everything out for sure….and you’re welcome in advance!!?????”

“Best General Tso's chicken on Long Island, hands down. Dumplings need some work and were a bit low quality with soy sauce that wasn't quite up to par when I went. There's no dining-in tables where you can sit inside and eat, it's only To-Go and there are chairs where you can wait for your food, but not many. If you are ordering online there are literally three different websites and only one of them takes credit/debit cards, the other two make it seem as though its a cash-only establishment. Parking on WellWood Ave is a disaster most days and you are better off parking further away and walking inside if you are going in person.”

“Had a wonderful time on New Years Eve at Island Soul. The food and service were great. The DJ kept everybody engaged and there was a champagne toast at midnight. It was a great way to bring in the New Year with family & friends. We love this local spot!”

“I was nervous going in because of the 2.9 rating but I’ve gotta say… that was maybe the best chipotle service I’ve ever had. The guy making my tacos wasn’t just slabbing it on, he was putting the proper amount with delicate care. A lot of these bad reviews are online orders gone wrong and I say … well deserved… if you’re going to order chipotle (or anything for that matter) online for delivery and have some stranger pick it up and deliver it to you you’re assuming the risk and deserve less quality… I stand by this chipotle and will be going back again shortly.”
