“OMG This food is DELICIOUS!! We were in the mood for Jewish food and randomly chose this place online. The food they delivered was FANTASTIC. The brisket and gravy, the kasha varnishkas, the egg barley with mushrooms, the stuffed derma and dipping sauce, and those INCREDIBLE pastrami dumplings and onions were unbelievably yummy. Mustn't forget the potato salad and cole slaw! And the pickles!! And rye bread soft as a feather pillow. The food here is out of this world. Will take you right back to your best memories of growing up in Brooklyn, surrounded by the sounds and fragrance of Jewish dinner tables overloaded with love and Bubby's cooking. We will be back! “I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“This was my first time to this Subway. I've been to bad ones before where I've gotten sick so I stopped eating it for awhile but I had a random craving for Subway today. I came in around 11:30 am. There was one man ahead of me. The clerk finished with him much faster than I expected. I noticed the store was very clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. I happened for some reason to look at their prepping boards and they were pure white which actually calmed my fear about getting sick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, pickles, black olives and jalapeno (like I said random craving) He made a joke when he rung up my order and said $125.40 instead of $12.54 I laughed and asked him his name. He told me his name is Rocky. He printed my receipt and said if I do the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie. I went on the website right then and there and answered the questions. Rocky even helped me and I got a free cookie. Rocky had great customer service. He made me feel welcomed. Oh and the sanidwich? was awesome! Perfect amount of toppings to complement the steak. I recommend it. Thanks Rocky! Would definitely come back.“

“I haven’t had a sandwich in a very long time since becoming gluten-free. But I was excited to hear that Jersey Mike’s has gluten-free bread. The man who greeted me was extremely warm, kind and knowledgeable and asked me if I needed help with the menu. He cleaned the surfaces, changed his gloves and used new utensils. I could tell he was educated on the proper procedure for gluten-free sandwiches and that made me so relieved! The restaurant itself was very clean as well. 10/10 experience I will come back.“

He was multitasking taking care of customers when the customer ordering saw a fly on his sandwich and Matthew handled it gracefully with an upbeat attitude and disposed of the sandwich in front of a line of customers including myself. After washing his hands, he took orders of several customers rewashing after each person’s order was created. He truly cares and is a genuine soul. Please recognize him. And since he handled himself so well…4 stars is well deserved. Subway management should do something to prevent the presence of insects however.“

“So, lot's of reviews coming in on this spot. I live right here and highly anticipated a firehouse subs coming in! So glad it did. The food quality is excellent. They try to get the orders out the best they can sometimes it get busy at prime meal times just be patient it's all delicious. Maybe It takes 5 to 7 minutes extra, um okay. That ham though. With all that being said the gas station and parking and trying to get that sammy is horrendous. Guess that building percent did not apply cause its all bolla mart no pavement. Walk up maybe best option. Firehouse subs is the ess ech eye tea!“

He was so great, he remembered my call and explained everything so well and I realized it was my error and apologized.
